Hiiiiii I just followed you bc your art looks gorgeous (I especially love the way you use color) and I was wondering if you'd be willing to share how your process for how you photograph your art? Your pictures look so clear and centered as if I'm looking at a digital artwork and its like perfect
Hi :) Yes, absolutely! I actually haven't photographed my art in a long time. Instead, I scan it. I invested in a really good scanner (an EPSON Perfection V600). I kept having issues with other scanners; they'd mess with the colors of my paintings, blast way too much light on them, or the quality would be too low. This is the only scanner I've used that doesn't have those problems. Thank you for your kind words!
Made of the Same stuff
I revamped (haha get it) my Draculaura painting for a Halloween art show in my community!
He’s finished! I’m making it my mission to knit plushies for the people at my local foxtail. The food service industry and the retail industry can be awful for a person’s mental health, feeling of self-worth, and feeling of fulfillment. I ask for their favorite animal, then use the project as knitting practice!
The more that we participate in the happiness of the individuals in our community, the more it feels like a community!
Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
A rare knitting WIP!
I love this lion pattern (from the book Knit Your Own Zoo), but I never want to do another loopy knit stitch in my life (too bad, I have to for the tail).

I’ve made my very first custom! Her name is Rose, I modified #991 to loosely resemble a rose hair tarantula!
Your blog description is so true, that's exactly how your art is :D
Thank you, I'm so glad someone understands what I mean! Powdery, soft, and sweet :)

The sea roars loud and rocks the boat / A vicious fight to stay afloat
Lightning strikes, the ocean churns / Just as quickly, the wind must turn
Black waves calm, unfurl the sails / The shocking peace at last unveils
A horrible truth I dare not speak; / An ungrateful sailor hopes for a leak.

Sunrise the Dutch Rabbit
I used the pattern Dutch Rabbit by Kati Galusz on Ravelry, but ended up needing to eyeball the color switches since mine kept ending up corkscrewed when following the pattern.
