I've never heard truer words spoken.

Gonna be building a new comp soon, but since that got delayed a bit, I figured I’d put this out there real quick before it’s ACTUALLY April 1st and all the unfunny “jokes” come rollin’ on in XP

Also ye, I’ve actually made some major changes to my Snatcher voice!! Big thanks to @habijob for her pointers, this is defo gonna be less of a throat wrecking voice going forward!

This was a lil test shot I made of the critters before moving on to creating the cartoon.

HEADCANON TIME

In the episode Dreamscapers, Stan tells Soos a story about how he grew up and he claims he treats Dipper harshly so he wouldn’t be the same.

Stan: “The kid’s a loser. He’s weak. I just want to get rid of him. Yeah, those are all things people said about me when I was a kid.”

It then shows a series of flashbacks we learn to be false, including Stan throwing a left hook at a purse thief, his appearance resembling a stereotypical nerd (thus why we know it’s a fake memory, as Stan’s appearance didn’t look like that at that age in A Tale of Two Stans).

While the rest of Stan’s reason for going hard on Dipper can be supported (just wanting to give Dipper a backbone because Stan himself was pushed around)—what if it was more than that?

Like, maybe sometimes, he saw Ford in Dipper and let his grudge get the better of him?

Do you ever think about how weird it is that when Bill Cipher possessed Dipper, he pulled his entire soul out of his body. Which meant that Dipper was fully conscious and was able to observe Bill in an out-of-body experience-

but when he possessed Ford, Ford was never able to remember what Bill did in his body.

What I think is usually Bill will pull someone’s soul out to create an empty puppet he can control because it’s much easier that way. But for some reason, he pushes Ford’s soul to the side instead. So they’re both inhabiting the same body, but Ford is in a sort of stasis sleep in the deep recesses of his mind.

And that’s why he legitimately has no idea what Bill is up to in his body. He can’t see what he’s doing, because he isn’t conscious for it and he doesn’t have the same out-of-body experience Dipper had.

I also think how interesting it would be for Dipper and Ford to talk about their shared experience with possesion and slowly come to the realization that their experience was wildly different. Ford would be shocked to learn about Dipper’s out-of-body experience.

I would like to say, this is SO COOL!!! And though it's not a canon design, at first glance it absolutely could definitely pass as one. And I super appreciate this!!!

Astra has multiple canon forms, and though this wasn't the first thing that came to mind, it's gonna be difficult to imagine much else when I think of this character. And I cannot express enough how much I absolutely love this! Thank you!!! :D

So, as some of you probably know, I recently premiered the teaser/trailer thing for my webseries Welcome To Interstellar (which might end up being an ARG of sorts)! To kick this off, I will be (most likely) going live tomorrow at somewhere around 10:30am EST!
