SCVWG - Meditation Flag Line
- clean gloves - finally breaking a bad habit - the feeling of dancing during a ballad - the sound of catching - days your coach let’s you stretch longer than usual - finding out the show theme - freshly taped equipment - the first “is the guard ready?” of winter - getting close to the people you have dots next to - friends that tell you you have lipstick on your teeth - new flag silks - those silly verbals we make - singing along to that across the floors song your coach always plays - “I got your equipment for you” - smiling when you know you nailed the choreo - those sister guards that help you move the floor after you perform and vice versa - memories associated with multiple songs - nice flag features - “that was a good run for me”

Ok fiiiine @cubtroub … I should have posted this a while ago. @jaimep1221
do you ever toss a 45 with a sail and fear for your life
They should make a show called “so you think you can guard” and it has a bunch of people who think color guard is easy and on the show there’s several people who are actual guard members and they show them just how “easy” color guard is. Kinda like a guard camp for non-guard people.
Dang. Look at Jenny fly!!
Learn how to do double time/cocktail drop spins.
