I bet you already read dozens of morning routines but maybe I can offer you a few different tips and tricks with my step by step morning routine.
waking up early is essential to make the most out of the day. If you arenβt an early bird, try different kinds of alarm clocks (light, nature sounds, etc).
After waking up make sure there is some water on your nightstand and drink it. Start hydrating!
Try to avoid your phone as long as possible - no one needs your attention that early in the morning. Be considerate and put your attention on yourself!
Donβt make your bed. Srsly! Open your window and air your bedding first. Making your bed right after getting up is a safe place for mites. While ventilating the bedroom you can go the bathroom, prepare your drinks/breakfast, journal or meditate. Make your bed 30 min after leaving your bed.
Meditate. Light a candle or incense sticks. Roll out your fitness mat and choose between guided meditations or non guided meditations (I recommend guided for beginners, you can find some on YouTube or Spotify) meditation is key try to stick to it daily!
Journal for organisation and personal growth. 5 to 10 minutes only (!!!) there are many journals out there, I personally use the 5 Minute Journal but any journal would do. You can use a plain notepad and look up journaling ideas on pinterest I really donβt want you to spend money on stuff you donβt necessarily need just for the aesthetic.
Move your body honey! Do a YouTube workout or go for a run. Walk your staircase up and down do whatever you feel like doing but try to ignore your lazy bum trying to make you skip this. Get stared on this one you can thank me later.
Breakfast, baby. Nutrition and hydration is non-negotiable! Have your vegetables and fruits, drink your coffee or matcha, donβt forget to drink your lemon water. Donβt skip breakfast to loose wait angel. Your organs need the calories to function during the day so treat yourself with love and consideration.
Keep calm and moisturise. Quick shower or wash to get ready for the day. Skincare is everything. Iβm currently investing (and testing) Korean skincare for myself but a few products are key: cleanser -> toner -> antioxidant serum (vitamin c) -> eye cream -> moisturizer -> sunscreen
Make up and dress up. Find your personal style you feel comfortable with and youβre good to go. You can look up outfit capsules on pinterest for wardrobe ideas. In terms of make up I personally think less is more. Mascara, lip oil, some rouge on the cheeks and vaseline and youβre fine. I personally prefer a sleek hairstyle.
Listen to podcast. This step is easily combined with breakfast or getting ready. Iβm currently listening to Confessions by Anastazia but Iβll probably make a playlist with my fave podcast episodes from various podcasts and share it with you.
You know at first I didn't believe it when fiber artists on tumblr would tell me to be wary of the fiber art slippery slope. And yet. I hear the siren call of the spindle. Fellow crafters help me resist. Tie me to the fucking mast. Please.
First things first, if you validate your existence on externalities, you will never truly be happy. While itβs important to have values and to act on them, it shouldnβt be your main source of happiness.Β
E.g. parent validation, academic validation, and male validation. So, here are some tips to validate yourself.Β
VALUE YOUR OPINION. You should have the ability to make decisions and identify yourself solely on your opinion. Trust, giving people that ability to shape your decisions and curate your identity, allows them to dictate your worth.Β
SELF LOVE OVER OTHERS. Ensure you are doing everything in your power to treat yourself lovingly. Even if it means sacrificing a few things in life. E.g. going to sleep early instead of cramming for a test.Β
BE RESILIENT. When I say that, I donβt mean βdon't let anything affect youβ but rather, build yourself up to the point that when someone/something knocks you down, you can bounce back easily.Β
BECOME SELF AWARE. Know your strengths, and weaknesses, and be mindful of the truth. Be genuine when it comes to this because self-awareness helps us with becoming more in touch with our inner selves.
AVOID NEGATIVE SELF TALK. This can cause us to rely on others to hear good things about ourselves. Instead, say affirmations in the mirror.
STOP PEOPLE PLEASING. Thereβs a difference between genuinely being nice, and being a doormat. You shouldnβt have to bend over backwards for others, and they give absolutely nothing back. Invest that time and effort into yourself.
SOMEONEβS GAIN IS NOT YOUR LOSS. This is a mindset shift that will change the game. You have to stop seeing successful, wealthy, pretty or intelligent people as threatening your skills or talents. There is enough success for everyone.
DETACH FROM OTHERS. Friends, family, males, etc. Stop letting how other people treat you, dictate your mood for the rest of the day. The only factor your mood should depend on is you. What you do, say, and act is the only factor.Β
KNOCK OTHERS FROM YOUR PEDESTAL. The only person that should be on top of your pedestal, is you. By doing this, you create an inferiority complex for someone else and give them superiority.Β
OTHERβS OPINIONS ARE MOMENTARY. They will always move on with their day and see what needs to be done. They do not care about you as much as you think. So, do not even try to give them the time of day.Β
BUILD BOUNDARIES. With others and yourself. Both are equally important because you value yourself enough not to do something youβll regret.Β
My weekly reset routine
Hello girlies! After some days offline I come back with this blog, I will be telling you quickly my every Sunday "Weekly reset routine" which is popular among girlies like us, isn't it? For me, this is the first day of my weeks and probably the most important one, since I get relaxed, taken care of and I reflect on what to focus next. I hope it inspires you in case that you don't have a routine like this, and if you do I hope that it's working well for you!
My routine
Tidy up and clean all my space: Includes the kicthen (that's my assigned section between my family), my bedroom and my bathroom. While cleaning downstairs I listen to a podcast and in my room I listen lo-fi playlist.
Begin the laundry: Every week I do my laundry, every two weeks I also add my bedsheets.
Do my full shower routine: I use shampoo, hair mask and conditioner. After, I use my cleanser and face exfoliant. To finish I use my soap, body exfoliant and shave my legs and armpits. I listen to new albums every time while showering.
Post-shower routine: I do the rest of my skincare routine, dry my hair, apply cream on my body, get comfy clothes and check my nail polish.
Tidy up my clothes
Plan and reflect: 1.How was last week? 2. I plan next week goals and tasks 3.Add calendar events 4. Revise my routines and schedule 5. Check my budget
Digital detox: Eliminate any unnecessary data on my laptop and cellphone, mostly.
My post-routine
Light a candle and listen to frequency music: I listen mostly to heal my feminine energy and positive vibes
Practice journaling: I look out for prompts or I express my feelings, I have a new journal book and I prefer now to do it by hand.
Say positive affirmations in the mirror: I get them from pinterest! I have cried twice by now, it has helped me with my inner dialoge, concept and steem.
Practice meditation and yoga: I normally practice between 20-30 minutes, for me is more than enough and actually helps me relax and maintain my mental health. I recommend you Jessica Richburg in Youtube.
Watch a movie: I really love to watch movies! So now every Sunday I make some popcorn and get cozy in my sofa to watch one. Right now I'm into chick films, they are really funny and inspire me alot.

to kick off my scripting series, i thought the best place to start would be with designing our outer appearances! our wonderful bodies carry us through the worlds we create, so why not make them as sparkly, delightful, and lovely as they can be? many people want to manifest a change in their bodies or change in the way they perceive their bodies, and this is a fun way to get super specific about what you want.
first, make sure you have an open notes app or journal to write down your ideas! then take a look at the "dream appearance ideas" section to see if you'd like to include any of them in your appearance. if none of them appeal to you, you can use that self-knowledge to create something that sounds even better! the ideas i've generated are just a starting point for your own magical ideas.
then, use the template below the "dream appearance ideas" section to start designing your own! you can be as vague or as specific as you like. for example, with height you could write something as vague as "tall" or as specific as "6'0," - write whatever makes sense for you for each section!
note: some of these are "illogical" (my fave), some of these are natural, and some of them are just plain fun. some people might want all of these for their appearance, and some people might want the opposite of these listed below. that's the fun part - you decide what you want in your dream life, no one else! no body is better than any other body - it all comes down to what makes you feel the best, and getting specific with what YOU want is what this series is all about!
hair, skin, and nails:
your hair is always soft, clean, and voluminous; you never have to wash or style your hair for it to look amazing
your hair always looks perfect, no matter the weather or what you do to it
your haircuts always look amazing; bad haircuts don't exist for you!
your hair colour can change with the snap of your fingers

now comes the fun part - fill in the blanks with absolutely anything you desire! nothing is off limits or impossible, whether it seems "illogical" or not! write your absolute ideal, what makes you feel the most confident, excited, and happy, and know that all is possible! you can use the ideas that i provided above or you can come up with your own. my ideas are just a starting point - get creative and have fun!

Can we talk about the fact that Nooro and Duusu have been missing for like a good hundred years. Like Tikki and Plagg being really chill about Nooro and Duusu being held captive, like mate, you haven't seen them in 100 years!
This has really changed the way I see master Fu and ladybug. Like, Master Fu has done presumably nothing for years on end about trying to get Nooro and Duusu back. I know Ladybug is trying to defeat Hawkmoth, but it just feels like battling "monster of the week" then actually trying to free these poor kwamis. And can we get a bit of sympathy for Nooro. My poor guy is STILL being tortured and enslaved. This baby hasn't seen his friends or his master for a CENTURY. I suppose they are all reunited at the end of season 4 but like still. They get trapped in these wee compartments and can't even move or like speak to each other. How unbelievably sad.
