"Plural" is an official medical term and Eric Yarbrough was using the official medical definition, not the online definition.
The official medical definition of "plurality" that it's a symptom of DID and OSDD.
The text, because it was using that medical definition, didn't actually say that you can be plural without trauma.
Am I understanding this all correctly?

Short and simple, any source of evidence that you can link, is either made by an endo — which isn’t a medically backed source — not conclusive enough to provide GENUINE, ACTUAL EVIDENCE, that endogenic systems exist, or aren’t about systems in the first place. If I saw enough actual scientific evidence I would change my mind. But everything I've seen is either out of date or extremely spiritual in nature, which can bleed into religious psychosis territory. Plenty of powerful religious figures are experiencing spirtual psychosis, which is why I am firmly against the concept of organized religion.
But my ask box is open for REAL sources! I personally wouldn't believe that off of the screenshot alone, as it credits no studies. People do in fact, "just be saying shit"
