Day 51:

Day 34: Cajun seasoning today for those that don't have any of those good ol' Louisiana spices.

2 Tablespoons paprika (smoked or sweet are pretty good)

1 Tablespoon iodine or kosher salt

1 ½ Tablespoons granulated pepper (mixed)

1 ½ Tablespoons granulated garlic

1 Tablespoon granulated chili

Some dried parsley

Some dried oregano

Some dried chervil

1 Teaspoon thyme

This is my personal preference, feel free to add or subtract from it.

"granulated [food] " is another word for "ground [food]" except that it doesn't mean "powdered [food]"

In art class, we were tasked by our teacher to create a heat that is a mix of human and an animal we drew from a bunch of little pieces of paper (the animal was written on the paper)

If anyone can guess what he is supposed to be I'll be really happy
