i’ve been on an oatmeal kick lately, i eat 1/2 a serving so it’s 75 cals plain, and sometimes i add berries or i just eat it with cinnamon

Okay starting this again tomorrow until I hit 150 or maybe 148.4 (that’ll be a total of 60lb down)

Goal is to get there by my birthday which is October 1st!! Last weigh in was 157.8 so I think it’s doable! Wish me luck

Weight loss update!!

So I’ve been counting calories again and staying really physically active and this is my weight loss from the last couple weeks. I don’t weigh in every day just whenever I feel like it.

6/2: 164.8

Total lost in 18 days: 12.0lbs

Total weight loss since starting: 43.6lbs
