serious post. start combating any misinformation you find. monkeypox is not an sti. monkeypox spreads through *any form of contact*. it is not exclusive to gay people, and it is *not* gay people's fault. we can not let history repeat itself. don't let flashy headlines take the place of medical facts and information.
conservatives are already itching to start a witchhunt against LGBT people and monkeypox is something they are going to latch onto.
don't let them. don't let this turn into a repeat of the AIDS crisis.
#transition goals
#excited for transition because I want to be a pretty boy
“so you’re taking HRT and getting surgery just to dress feminine again? what’s the point of transitioning at all at that point?”
to be the prettiest boy :)
I’ve met Shatzi Weisberger at countless protests over the past 4 years. She’s fought injustice for decades and you should check out her fantastic protest signs if you haven’t already. It was just announced that she has a terminal illness. Now, she needs your support during the final stage of her life. She is a treasure and deserves all the care in the world. You can donate to her hospice fundraiser here.
south carolina just immediately banned medical transition care for all youth, and for adults on medicaid. please donate to the southern trans youth emergency project, which places money directly in the hands of trans youth so they can travel for care.
Ok y’all, I need you to drop links for free binder services. It’s November which means that parents won’t think it’s odd for their children to request that they not inspect packages. They’ll simply assume it’s a present for whatever holiday they observe. So please do your part by dropping links in the reblogs and trying to get this seen by those who need it
edit: k, so I mean this in nicest way possible. Liking isn’t going to help anyone. This isn’t just for me, other people need these links. If you if you can’t/don’t have the energy to find and post links to ACTIVE donations. Please at least reblog so someone who follows you can. Please and thank you <3
Please keep in mind many Palestinian doctors nurses medics and medical&dental students, Ghazzawis have been murdered by the occupation. The regime delighted in destroying Gaza medical school and posting about it on social media, the Israeli soldiers bragged about blowing up ALL 4 of universities with pride (so no one could enter professions like medicine, engineering etc). Please let us try to do what we can to ensure that Ghazzawis can and will have a future and that evil will be defeated.

Seeing this post reminded me of the martyred Ghazzawi nephrologist Dr Hammam Alloh and MSF's martyred doctor Dr Mahmoud Abu Nujaila, who has written on that board showcased in the ICJ trial. Allah have mercy.

Raja is a director. We have been raising money to help her family get out of Palestine, and today she asked me to share one of her films with everyone.
If you have a second, please watch this beautiful piece of art by a Palestine director. This is the culture that Israel is trying to destroy.

I got desperate enough to deadname myself so that anyone’s Christian relatives will be willing to help.
For those of you who don’t know me well, hi. I’m styx, a disabled transmasculine person trying to get away from an abusive family and shitty home situation to somewhere I’ll be safe.
I’m not gonna share all my shit here because this is the internet, but I’m trying to raise money to move out and afford my medication.
I can’t work because of my disability and I am also selling tarot readings for fifteen dollars. I will link also my c*sh*pp; dm me for details or business inquiries.
Anything helps, blessed be.
For one of my classes, I'm creating a zine on showcasing the importance of transgender stories that focuses on the positive experiences of being transgender and rejecting the notion that transness is an inherently negative experience.
Since this is a website in which I see a lot of transgender positivity, I felt that here would be a good source of information as to how other people experience transgender joy.
This is normally when people ask to "reblog to spread the word so I can gather a large sample size," but I hate it when people tell me that I have to reblog things and I tend to not reblog out of spite. However, be aware that if you follow me, this will be on your dash several times for the next week or two, as I want to collect a lot of information. Just be warned that I can and will be mildly obnoxious about this.
In Slab City there are no utilities, that means no electrical company, no gas company, and definitely no water company! Everyone has to provide their own for their own camp.
We have a 355 gallon tank that we let our neighbors fill jugs from. It costs $40 to hire someone to fill our tank with drinking water and it drains from use in little over a week.
Right now we're nearing the bottom of the tank and we need your help to fill it back up!
