The right wing vigilante who shot at three protesters in Kenosha, Wisconsin last night. Apparently, at this time, not apprehended or arrested, was offered water by police.

From an eyewitness: “(he) went on a shooting rampage a bit ago down by the hospital here in Kenosha. He’s a white supremacist militia member I’m told, who was on the phone with police while he was shooting innocent protestors. And then the police were handing him water after he shot one man in the head (likely dead), another in the stomach and another in the arm”.
