FETCH ME NEIL
sometimes i doubt myself when i inform people that i have both adhd and autism. i have an adhd diagnosis, but i don’t have an autism diagnosis. i get this feeling like im lying. but multiple autistic people in my life have looked at me unprompted and been like “dude, im pretty sure you’re autistic.” who am i to argue with the rulings of the council?

the city where we live doesn't allow public barbecues so my brother fucking welded a grill to a handcart and now hosts "chill and grill sessions" where he sends all his friends his live location so they can hunt him down on their bikes with sausages in their backpacks while he carts it around evading the police like some sort of barbecue vigilante, grilling on the run. i have never been prouder of him
I'm half way down with Frankenstein and I swear to god, if they bully my son Creature ONE MORE FUCKING TIME I'm going to kill everyone in this room and then myself
To anyone wondering if it's worth it to tear down fascist posters or whatever. I spent a few months last year engaged in silent battle with another student at my school who was putting anti trans stickers up everywhere. I had it down to a system where every night I would walk the five block radius they went up in, and tear down all the ones I could reach, and use a stick to put duct tape over the others. Like, within hours of the stickers going up, I would have already purged the whole zone. I knew the basic schedule of whoever put them up based on when and where the stickers appeared. I probably could have found them in person if I'd wanted to. And I told all my classmates and friends what the stickers looked like and got them to rip them down too. And after a few months of this, the stickers slowed, and then stopped forever.
My point is, a lot of this fashy or right wing stuff is one local weirdo. And if you pay attention, and do a little light organizing with your friends, you can basically make their efforts into a giant sisyphisean exercise in misery. You control your streets!
words cannot describe how much this poem means to me. when i first heard it i felt as though the poem grafted itself onto my soul and became an integral part of my being. i feel genuine love for this work.
On Sunday, a lambent crevice opened up in the street outside my house. By Tuesday, birds were flying into it.
“I probably won’t miss you,” my mother said. “I’m only interested in the end of the world,” I replied.
Many find it difficult to breathe without the atmosphere, but we knew how; we just stopped breathing.
We’re at the Moonlight All-Night Diner, and they’re serving up fruit from the plants growing out of the waitress. The closed sign whispers, “Please, don’t touch me.”
We watch bodies fall to the ground outside like deep sea creatures surfacing. You turn to me and ask, “Do you ever think about suicide?” I look away from you and close my eyes, eat the raspberries to confuse the blood in my mouth.
Now you’re in the only car in the parking lot at midnight and you’re watching me throw stones at the moon which hangs low in the sky so that he can look into your house. Your sister tried to touch him from her window once, and he flinched.
Now he and the oceans watch her with a quiet concern. The lilac sky is trying to rest her head on his shoulder, all trees gradually growing through her.
A hummingbird whispers to you, “Be careful. Under her dress is her skin,” and then builds his nest in the middle of the highway.
I look back to you, and you close your eyes
