My biggest collage to date~
To ten years…
Like phantoms forever ❤️
Every time I walk into a bookstore and immediately get flashbanged with Colleen Hoover I feel like I’m a medieval criminal stripped naked and displayed in public on a breaking wheel for stealing apples and I’m being bludgeoned to death with stones
any recommendations/personal favourites from the image collections to print out and make a wall collage out of? (extra love if it’s not artstor, my uni doesnt have a subscription to that)
I love this question! It very much depends on your personal vibe, but here's a list of every collection designated as open to get you started:

Images from the History of Medicine
Museum of New Zealand - Te Papa Tongarewa
Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture
Science Museum Group
Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture
Statens Museum for Kunst-National Gallery of Denmark
The Cleveland Museum of Art
The Metropolitan Museum of Art
Wellcome Collection

I've been out (to most people) for nearly 10 years now but I've never felt safer being who I really am than in that crowd, during that song in Munich. 21/02/2023, I will never forget that nigth

Going on study dates to pretty libraries, fighting to find a seat next to each other.
On discord listening to them go through a powerpoint the night before their big presentation.
The Arts/Humanities one proof-reading the STEM one's motivation letters/long emails.
Reading through interesting research in bed together, sharing the one phone screen.
Alternating between who is the one making tea for the study session. (Bonus: matching study mugs)
Study breaks include marveling over some super niche knowledge acquired during the study session.
Emailing an article as a pdf, and titling the email "I thought you'd find this interesting :-)"
Setting a timer for a cuddle break when the assignment work gets too overwhelming. Celebrating together when the assignment gets done.
Sharing the excitement of finding a new productivity app / stationary shop / study hack.

A very eventful but also very nice day! Sadly tho, despite spending quite some time working, I made very little progress on things :') The paper I have to write is for a class on astronomy and the heavens in early modern literature nad it's proven super hard to find a topic that provides me with enough secondary reading... I alos have to admit that I am not the best at working with poetry. I am a prose girlie, a short story girly, perhaps a drama girly. But the topic I am leaning towards at the moment is in relation to a poem we've read... I'm hoping to make a decission on that soon :/
I've also really been loving All Quiet on the Western Front. My friend pointed out how much this book is not a light hearted summer read and - well - they're right. But it's keeping me engaged and excited to read, so I won't complain!
Positive things I did today:
kept the duolingo Spanish streak going
had a study date at the library
read in the morning and in the evening
got coffee with a friend
cooked a warm meal
did (part of) the laundry
scheduled a meeting
Hours slept: ~8hrs Screentime: 4hrs 45mins Steps taken: ~7.800

I'm thankfully starting to find a good balance between work, chores and free time again and I'm actually making slow but steady progress on my assignments. The only problems whenever I stay at my parents house are that I don't sleep or eat as well as I do at my place. But I'll try to fix that somehow.
Positive things I did today:
did the laundry
went grocery shopping
worked on literature Review for my Hamilton essay
Hours slept: ~10hrs Screentime: ~4hrs Steps taken: ~800
