I have decided I want a Marauders mini book series, a plethora of full color action-packed comic books, a tv series, and a movie… or two. And lots of wolfstar
But can you imagine
• Remus Lupin’s quiet and empty train compartment being bombarded into by two rambunctious boys named James Potter and SiriuslyFrickingHot Black and chubby Peter just slipping in and looking scared
• McGonagall’s eyeballs popping out of her head when Sirius almost breaks the Sorting Hat out of joy when he gets placed in Gryffindor
• Remus’s surprise when these boys accept him for who he is
• Mrs. Potter as the mom. Like no other mothers matter she is just always there. Always the soccer mom.
• The instant bonds of loyalty and friendship between the four boys and the late nights studying and researching how to illegally become an animagus for Remus’s benefit
• James standing up for his friends even when he isn’t needed because he just /needs/ to be looked at as some type of hero who waltzes in and saves the day because he is that annoying and loud and cocky best friend that accepts all the flaws if he loves you
• Peter surprising them all by helping James get Lily to go on a date with him because Peter just understands girls
• Sirius licking them all awake everyday an hour before their actual alarms go off so when they go back to sleep they only get like 15 more minutes of it.
• Remus giggling like a five year old girl when Sirius licks him awake
• Sirius ranting on dramatic monologues about the injustice of brussel sprouts and how they are stereotyped into automatic hatred by people who have never tried them before and other topics that seem just a bit silly but to Sirius the world is ending
• James Sirius and Peter sneaking into the kitchens to dump off loads of chocolate at the hospital wing after a transformation so when Remus wakes up he is in bliss
• The four marauders causing mayhem at the Potter’s during all different school holidays because their home is with each other and James is bloody rich and you just have to imagine that they all have their separate bedrooms but they end up dragging their mattresses into one room and chatting until who knows when
• Sirius ‘experimenting’ with how many times he can perform magic at home without getting expelled
• Sirius dragging them all to a Black family reunion because he is bored and he has to sit in a corner and be quiet and when they arrive they sit in the corner and be quiet with him
• James Sirius and (reluctantly) Peter playing hookie one day and Remus is like where are they and he gets out of his first class and they blindfold him and drag him to Hogsmeade because he refused to skip class earlier that day and the marauders would just /not be complete/ without you, Moony
• James and Sirius hiding sweets in their robes during class and getting detention later that day for ‘chewing on their clothing rather inappropriately’
• Remus and Peter pairing up to prank McGonagall and leaving James and Sirius with a detention because according to McGonagall ‘who else could have done it!?’ and not a clue as to the mischievous smiles on the two boy’s faces
• Lily getting tired of hearing the question ‘will you go out with me?’ And just resorting to saying 'no’ everytime she makes eye contact with James
• Sirius making a little book with Sirius/Serious puns
• Remus getting worked up and red in the face when someone insults musical theatre
• Sirius making a little book with werewolf puns
• Finding out that the reason Sirius’s hair was so long was because someone told him he looked like a girl so he never cut it and rocked the look completely
• Remus wearing dull colored sweaters that are fraying at the ends and jeans a that are just a little too short and they show off his wonderful Christmas socks that he wears year round because they are /comfortable/
• Sirius claiming every aspect of his life is punk rock
• James’s glasses fogging up in the winter and he just blindly bumps into people yelling SORRY MATE
• Sirius coming up with a nickname for McGonagall every week and using it during class and EVERYWHERE and James playing along like that has always been her name I have no idea why you are talking about
• Remus challenging them all to an eating contest the day of his transformation (so he is really hungry) and Peter miraculously winning and eating more than a fricking werewolf
• Graduation day of the marauders and McGonagall finding herself in tears because those boys were her /sons/ her horribly misbehaved and little genius /sons/ who are all grown up but not really because you can’t take the immaturity away from a marauder
• James and Lily getting a flat together and loving every minute of it
• James sneaking over to the flat that Sirius and Remus share to spend time with them. And Peter is there too of course but he still lives with his mom because he’s too poor but he comes over constantly to spend time with friends that have opened up his eyes to the big world around him
• You just know that Lily knew James snuck out to see his friends but she never said anything because she knew they were more like brothers than anything else
Actually I have and it was a far more awful experience than the one painted in glee. Ice up your nose is probably one of the worst things I've ever experienced.
Has anyone actually ever had a slushee thrown at them or did the writers of Glee just like assume that was a universal experience all Teens could relate to

I know we all love our cute cinnamon roll Deku with his mumbling and pure heart, but the last episode really emphasised how truly terrifying this boy is. Deku's determination has been commended multiple times by many different people, seen as a way for other characters to feel motivated and inspired to be better heroes and people. However, ultimately, this determination serves as the main reason why he's so terrifying. In the last episode we really got a clear image of how far Deku will go in order to achieve a goal he has set (the training camp arc, and sequential fight for Kouda really fleshes this point out to a ridiculous degree). Saving Todoroki was the only thing on his mind, he didn't even think about the future consequences, but only whether or not each injury would hinder him from continuing to pursue his goal. Frankly the lengths he went to, absolutely destroying his hands so much that he required extensive surgery, should be something that should terrify most people, especially villains. Here's a kid fresh into the academy who can take breaking his bones multiple times over with only a grimace, while also coming up within genius plans on the fly under pressure and pain that surpasses what most people will ever experience in their lives. Villains often rely on their ability to terrify people with their capacity to inflict bodily harm and death without flinching. The threat of huge amounts of pain is bound to make most heroes pause and lose momentum for a moment out of personal fear. However, how are you meant to scare a fucking kid who doesn't flinch at breaking his body apart for a mere school contest?? The thought of going against anyone like that is terrifying, and it's reflected in the faces of the other students and spectators. Especially Shinsou. The look of horror on his face isn't just of seeing such horrible injuries. No. It's of seeing self-inflicted injuries out of pure determination without flinching on the opponent he just faced. He's only just realising the lengths Deku would go to succeed in his goals, and the pure strength he wields. Shinsou didn't know how powerful Deku really was, but he's just realising that, out of spite for being manipulated, Deku could've sacrificed a finger in order to shatter any part of Shinsou. If Deku was determined to do it, it definitely would've happened and Shinsou would've been powerless. That's fucking horrifying. Deku wields a power that can destroy buildings and his body with ease. And he's willing to do that in order to fulfill his goals. Not only is the sight of his broken body horrifying to most, but the knowledge that if this boy had a reason to turn his back on society, on being a hero, they would all be fucked. Here's someone willing to sacrifice everything for a goal decided mere minutes before the match, imagine what he could do with years of planning and control of this destructive quirk?? Deku is truly overlooked for people like Bakugo and Shinsou as villains in the manga/anime, and that definitely needs to stop because if Deku became the face of villainy, no one could stand against his tactical mind, pure power, and single-minded focus.

Brennan, creating a series based on NY that is both a homage and a critique to the city and its symbol as The American Dream: I’m sure all my cast members who lived here are gonna love the in-jokes and history I’m referencing :))))
Siobhan, a New Yorker who is willing to dunk on the city she spent many years being real fucking poor and playing the occasional hostess to Brennan: fuck NY, fuck those fuckers in Westchester, fuck The American Dream, fuck Capitalism, I’ll come for you Brennan if you even think about romanticising the city even once god damn I hate the greed in that fucker
Everyone talks about how much Emily, Ally and Lou heckle Brennan on a daily basis, but we don’t talk enough about how it’s Siobhan immediately pick up the instigators thread and fuxking bolting. 69% of Bullying Brennan sessions are someone starting shit and the other 31% is siobhan gleefully taking the chance to roast the man who once took over a room in her shitty NY apartment that fuck
the famous ass-eating monologue??? And it’s constant repeats through the seasons?? She just wants reddit to eat Brennan’s ass like he deserves
The Duffer Brothers, setting up the climatic battle full of gore from the Mind Flayer and El’s injuries: “time to make all of you fuckers suffer”
Also the Duffer Brothers: “oh shit before we forget-”
*slam dunks an awesome lesbian character who is a genius and kicks major ass*
“for the gays ;)))”
Having finally finished Book 2/3 of Infinity Train, now more than ever can I appreciate the journey Tulip took through the train in order to get her exit.
Tulip’s lessons were all about accepting change, good or bad, and forging your own path in the wake of these changes. An extensive lesson of “rolling with the punches” and doing your best to make something out of yourself from it. That’s why it’s so fascinatingly ironic that Tulip’s journey to accepting change created the biggest changes in the Infinity Train universe.
Whilst Tulip is only occasionally referenced in the next 2 books, her presence and actions are distinctly felt — beyond even Lake and their identity/journey. Without her, 1-1 would’ve never returned to being the true conductor, Amelia would’ve never stepped into the path of redemption, and the easy-to-follow guide of the train would’ve never been reintroduced.
It definitely could be argued that Jesse had a significantly easier time of the train than Tulip, having known what it was about from the beginning with 1-1’s video. Tulip had no clue about the train or her number, but somehow managed to set right dozens of wrongs.
By sorting Amelia’s whole situation out, there would’ve never been anyone to help Grace take that last step in recognising her belief in ‘the conductor’ was wrong, and allow her to complete her own redemption arc. Apex would’ve likely fallen apart sooner or later with the conflict between Simon and Grace around Hazel, but no one would’ve been there to make that push for Grace to question everything and fight to set it right.
Even without physically being there, Tulip’s actions to accept change in her life allowed her to fundamentally change others. The train allows people to change their lives for the better, but Tulip shows that becoming a better person can extend to helping others.
TLDR: Infinity Train is a fuxking sick story and I love it.
Truly is there anything more poetic than Beau & Veth showing perfect teamwork in pulling off an insane combo to get Beau flying through the air and collaring Trent in the last M9 ep, but then aggressively pivoting to Beau ripping out Scanlan's throat in the first kill of M9 V VM???
