THIS COMMENT IS MAKING ME CRY LAUGHING HELPP
It’s May, which means it’s Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Awareness Month!
Since it’s massively underdiagnosed, I figured this would be a great occasion to share some of my favorite infographics about this condition. (And for any of you who have been wondering why my personal posts here are basically all about medical mishaps and weird injuries: it’s because of hEDS and comorbidities.)
To any of my fellow zebras out there, we will make it through this!

im in love with this gif. everyone here looks like they belong in a gay bar
Agh, not a single part of this map is safe right now. I gotta get outta h--OH NOT AGAIN!
"FUCK EVERYTHING HURTS" I scream, remembering I have the Everything Hurts Disorder
My body is not my own
Yet still, I manage to survive
Through the pain I'm forced to grow
But that one day through it all:
I will finally learn to thrive.
Little bit of Angst from some stuff in an rp I’m in.

The two OC’s are Omega, who is by @emilysramblings and Cyclone who is by me. Then of course there is Tartar from Splatoon 2 Octo Expansion. Story explained below.
Cyclone is an octoling from the domes- but specifically from somewhere really far beneath the surface with some more extreme beliefs. After he escaped to the surface, he hid as much as he could of his prior identity.
That is until someone exposed him. Fearing someone would find him, he hid somewhere nobody would want to go: the deepsea metro. This went about as well as anyone would expect, and Cyclone is forced to become a super soldier to serve Tartar’s needs.
Omega on the other hand knows nothing outside the metro. It’s not even that she fell down there, she was raised down there. It’s all she’s ever known. Due to what she endured at a young age, she has a very fragmented sense of self. Most of her parts are fully loyal to the metro, but one in particular sees more.
When that part meets Cyclone, she offers him a chance to get back out. Due to the metro’s brainwashing, he struggled to know if she could be trusted. However, he ended up taking the offer and fighting with what little will he had out to the surface.
Cyclone hopes one day he can save her
Omega has accepted that she would never be able to live on the surface
