I came into 4.0 fully expecting to break my f2p to get lyney (I only had twenty pulls and I had just gotten Kazuha). Instead the game decided to hand me Lyney on a silver platter, then proceeded to give me his weapon. My first 5 star weapon. At this point I'm convinced the game knows its feeding my addiction and is doing this purely to keep me hooked.

That's right!!! The Ministry definitely has some rumours about the Peeves might hide in somewhere, cuz people keeps getting pranked. Some of them will go and report to Percy, and he just keeps a straight face says, "I'll solve this thing as fast as I could. I give zero tolerance for these things."

Then when he went home, he just burst out a big laugh to Oliver and tell him all the things. Probably the twins question too that why they keep getting banned from the Ministry, when they just want to find Hermoine and Harry.

Slowly, Percy's prank becomes one of the big mystery in the Ministry, until he retired still no one find out it was him.

Mary: salt. Uh… which one?

Gabriel: Sam, obviously.

Mary: good, cuz they don’t talk about it, but I’m pretty sure Dean and Castiel secretly got married and never bothered to tell anyone.

Being followed by a creep? The invisible car is there to offer you a ride home and Megamind’s pointing a weird-looking gun at the creep.

Your boss giving you the chills? All his dirty laundry is all over the web and his entire bank account has been donated to charity.

Trying to escape an abusive environment? Knock on the ‘Secret’ Lair’s door and he’ll get you an entirely new living arrangement, a restraining order and enough money to get you back on your feet.

Need medication that you can’t afford? Megamind just robbed a pharmacy and his physiology doesn’t agree with human medication.

Megamind gives away free mini De-Guns that dehydrate people for half an hour since it acts as an excellent deterrent. (He somehow managed to argue it into legality by comparing it to Mace.) 

Roxanne makes exactly one mention of Hal the cameraman not taking no for an answer before she gets a new cameraman the next day who is exceedingly polite towards her and goes pale whenever Megamind looks at him.

Megamind may have been raised by criminals but he was raised by criminals who were mostly victims of circumstance and thus gave him standards.
