Tips to study for exams:
FINALLY my exams are over!! These are some of tips that I used during my exams this time and it worked (I'll update you when I get my results):
1. Feyman Technique
I will always recommend this technique to study , basically you just need to understand each and very topic clearly, my native language is not English so I break it down in very small details and I make sure I understand every thing, I also use a notebook just for revision or you could use your laptop whatever works for you. Thus technique is a life saver, whenever I am confused about something I just use chatgpt to help clear things up or if you have more time just Google it.
2. Pretend as if you're a main character
You know those really cool edits on tiktok where the main character is very smart and they are studying for an exam in their room or maybe they're a lawyer and just working to solve a case. I pretend I'm in one of those edits with a cool song to motivate me to actually study as if I'm the MC of a movie or a show. It actually works!!
3. CLEAN your room
I cannot work in a messy space, maybe it's because of my adhd idk but I feel so overwhelmed when my room is messy and I have to study, so I clean it first. If I don't have enough time to clean it I just shift to a different clean room to study but most of the time I clean the room and then study.
4. Make sure your mind is positive
I know sometimes it's hard to study especially if you're from a toxic household where there's no mental peace, but just try to keep a positive and optimistic mind for the days you have to study. If you're in a toxic family like me,try to find a place in the house where you know you can shut everyone off and study. For me it's in my room and I put in my earphones to block out any noise and pretend these people don't exist.
There you go babes, these are the tips I used to study this time and I'm also exploring different techniques so if anything else works I will include it here❤️✨️
