I love spending time by myself. I love eating healthier foods that make me feel really good. I love dressing fits that make me feel confident. I love hangout with my friends and family. I love taking care of my mind and spirit.

Every chic woman knows that a captivating day starts the night before. This routine is all about luxurious self-care ā because waking up as the most poised, radiant version of yourself is a lifestyle. Ready to transform your evening into an elegant ritual? Letās step into your new, elevated bedtime routine. ššø
Create an Atmosphere: Begin by setting a serene mood. Dim the lights, light a sophisticated candle (think notes of sandalwood or bergamot), and play a calming jazz playlist. This is your time to unwind and transition into a world of serenity. šÆļøš¶
Sophisticated Cleansing: Start with a cleansing oil to melt away makeup and daily grime. Rinse it off, then follow with a gentle, hydrating cleanser. This double cleanse is like a reset button, leaving your skin ready for its nighttime restoration. š§š¤
The Hydration Layer: Pat on a luxurious serum ā hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, or a skin-renewing elixir. Then, apply a rich night cream. Imagine each layer as a silk robe for your skin, nurturing and hydrating it while you sleep. šæāØ
Elevated Facial Massage: Use a jade roller or gua sha to massage in your serum. Not only is this relaxing, but it boosts circulation and helps define your natural contours. Itās a moment of quiet elegance ā a way to remind yourself of your own grace. šāāļøšæ
Silk Essentials: Swap your pillowcase for silk. Itās gentle on your skin and hair, reducing friction while you sleep. A chic woman wakes up with smooth skin and effortless hair ā because beauty is in the details. šøšļø
Hair Ritual: Before bed, brush your hair and apply a touch of light hair oil to the ends. Twist it into a low bun or a loose braid for natural waves. Itās a simple yet sophisticated way to keep your hair looking polished in the morning. šāāļøš
The Nightcap: Pour yourself a cup of herbal tea ā chamomile, peppermint, or lavender. Sip slowly, feeling the warmth relax your body. A classy woman indulges in these small, soothing rituals to unwind and replenish. šµšæ
Outfit Planning: Select tomorrow's outfit with intention. Choose pieces that make you feel confident and chic, whether itās a tailored blazer or that perfect little black dress. Lay everything out: jewelry, shoes, and bag ā so your morning flows seamlessly. šš¤
Screen Detox: Put your phone on āDo Not Disturbā mode at least 30 minutes before bed. In this quiet time, youāre choosing presence and grace over endless scrolling. š
Read Something Timeless: Replace your screen with a classic book or an inspiring magazine. This is how chic women nurture their minds and escape into elegance before drifting off. šš¹
Visualize Tomorrow: As you close your eyes, picture yourself waking up refreshed, glowing, and composed. See yourself moving through the day with grace and poise. Youāre setting the stage for a day where everything aligns effortlessly. šļøš
This is more than a nighttime routine; itās a ritual of self-respect and refinement. Wake up to your fullest potential, feeling radiant, empowered, and impeccably put-together. Sweet dreams, darling ā tomorrow, the world is your runway. ššš¹
sometimes, when life feels heavy, itās hard to figure out what to do with yourself. hereās a little list of things that help me feel more grounded on days when everything seems off:
clear your scheduleĀ as much as you can. make time for yourself, to breathe, distract yourself, and focus on what brings you a little joy.
step outside for a bit.Ā even if itās just walking to the store to grab a snack. If going for a walk feels pointless, having a tiny mission (like buying chocolate or gum) can make it feel more doable.
call a friend.Ā if calling feels like too much, text someone you trust. even a small connection can help break the mental loop.
stay warm.Ā I swear, being cold makes everything worse.
try to pinpoint why youāre sad.Ā if thereās no clear reason, thatās okay too, donāt overthink it. sometimes feelings just exist, and thatās okay.
move your body.Ā you donāt have to hit the gym if that feels like too much. a YouTube workout, some yoga, or even just stretching can release some of the tension.
take a shower.Ā clean hair = clean mind. I donāt know why, but when my hair feels dirty, I feel awful.
chill with the caffeine.Ā too much coffee makes me more restless and anxious, so try to swap it for tea or water when you're already feeling down.
get off your phone.Ā do something creative instead, make a collage, bake cookies, experiment with makeup. itās a nice way to focus on something tactile and rewarding.
find cosy productivity.Ā when I donāt feel like talking to people, I stay home and study or work on small projects. being cosy but productive is satisfying and keeps my mind busy.
keep track of your meals.Ā I lose my appetite when Iām feeling down, so setting reminders to eat something makes a big difference.
sleep, sleep, sleep.Ā honestly, sleep fixes more than youād think. Give yourself permission to rest.
be gentle with yourself, and remember, itās okay to take things one tiny step at a time. youāre doing your best, and thatās more than enough. <3

where is the stuff that i manifested?
why is my reality lagging? why am i, the divine, the ordained, the girl on the hill, not seeing the thing i have declared mine? i have sat in the temple of assumption. i have dined with the lords of the quantum realm. i have whispered my desires into the cosmos like a mistress to the moon. so where the fuck is it?
breathe. inhale. exhale. do not become a tragic greek figure, clawing at the sky, cursing the gods, wailing into the abyss. you are not sisyphus. you are not icarus. you are, in fact, the universe wearing a silly little meatsuit. and the universe is not incompetent.
but letās get clinical. letās get ruthless. letās get biblical.
i , are you checking the 3d like a victorian wife checking the window for her husbandās ship?Ā if you keep looking at the 3d for confirmation, you are living in the state of lack. and what does the 3d do? it mirrors. so if you live in the state of āwhere is it,ā the 3d will say, āwhere is whatā right back to you. congrats, youāve manifested a waiting room. enjoy the grey chairs and outdated magazines.
ii , are you persisting or are you pouting?Ā manifestation is not a negotiation. you do not get to sit across from the universe like a hostile business partner, arms crossed, demanding results before you believe. belief is the contract. assumption is the currency. you are either in the state of the wish fulfilled, or you are outside in the cold, shivering, looking through the window at your desire having a candlelit dinner without you.
iii , are you declaring or are you begging?Ā the universe does not respond to āplease, oh mighty forces, grant me this one thing.ā the universe responds to, āthis is mine because i said so.ā you do not ask. you do not hope. you do not weep at the altar. you declare.
iv , are you actually embodying it? or are you just thinking about it in a cute way?Ā imagining yourself as the version of you who has it is not a one-time aesthetic exercise. it is a full-body possession. the reality in which you have it is theĀ realĀ reality. this one, the one that says you donāt, is the illusion. the question is, which one do you choose to believe?
v , are you reacting to the 3d like itās god?Ā the 3d is old news. the 3d is a corpse. the 3d is a polaroid of a moment that has already passed. if you react to it, if you bow to it, if you let it dictate your inner world, you are breathing life back into the past instead of standing in the present, drenched in your fulfilled desire, dripping in inevitability.
vi , do you actually think itās yours? or do you just want it?Ā wanting is not having. wanting is the antithesis of having. wanting says, āthis is separate from me.ā having says, āit is done.ā when you order food at a restaurant, you do not sit there worrying that it wonāt come. you just know itās on the way. so why are you treating your desire like a lost package instead of an assured delivery?
the 3d will fold. it will bend to your assumption like a devout disciple. but only if you hold the line. only if you refuse to be swayed by what is already dead. only if you walk like the god you are, not the peasant you fear you might be.
your desire is yours. it always was. the question is, will you finally start acting like it?
idea inspired by @scentedpeachlandcreator !!!!!! go check her out right neow .
this is your 2025.
cultivate a life where you give 100% and receive 100%. plan out your days the night before, tick off your to-do list as you complete it and then watch it happen. nothing happens without the work.
Manifestation is instant. The only reason you donāt see it instantly in the 3D is because youāre still identifying with a state where it hasnāt happened yet. Thereās no waiting period, no divine timing, no āprocessā unless you assume there is. The moment you shift into the version of you that already has it, itās done. The 3D will catch up, but that part is irrelevant. Stop checking, stop doubting, stop reacting. Just be the version of you that has it, and it has no choice but to materialize.
do nothing
thereās no expectation to do anything when manifesting. no need to affirm, visualise, script, or whatever. though, these are great techniques and methods. all you need is the feeling of knowing you have it. thatās it. you have it. declare it to yourself and and the world. your brain might try to find evidence against it but no, just donāt accept it. anytime you fear or stress about it, take a deep breathe, you have it

barbados is a mindset
āYes. You are now in Barbados. And so⦠you see Barbados, and you see AmericaĀ fromĀ Barbados, and you can smell the tropical land of Barbados, see only the little homes of Barbados, and thatās all you do. You just simply sleep this night in Barbados.ā - Abdullah tells Neville.
Before Neville Goddard knew of the law and practiced it, his country was plunged in a state of instability. Poverty runs rampant as the global stock market crashes, sparking panic and leaving many penniless. Neville explained the vivid details of homeless people scattered all over tunnels and city square, eyes void of hope for the future. He was unemployed just like millions of others, his career as a dancer wasnāt enough to support his living. Neville lived in a basement for years with little to no income until one day, he met his friend, Abdullah.Ā
Abdullah was well-off and is the son of the US secretary of the Treasury, who served under the 32nd president. The differences between them were large and Neville was aware of it. He confided in his friend and told him that he has this haunting desire to visit Barbados again. The only thing that was stopping Neville though, was the lack of money. In which Abdullah says,Ā
āYou are in Barbados.ā
Of course, Neville thought he was nuts but the man decided to try and assume that he was in Barbados. That night, he went to sleep thinking that he would wake up in Barbados, only to be disappointed that he woke up in the cold basement he called his home. Neville would come back and tell Abdullah that it didnāt work, only for the latter to ignore him. Despite that Neville kept persisting and on the morning of December, he got a letter from his older brother asking him to visit his family in Barbados ā his brother had paid a third class ticket. Excited, Neville told Abdullah that he is going to Barbados however, his friend was unimpressed. Abdullah told Neville that he wasnāt boarding a third class ticket, he was going to go there with a first class ticket.Ā
And guess what? When Neville gave his ticket to the clerk by the desk as theyāre checking in passengers, they told him that someone canceled their first class ticket, therefore a spot was available for him.Ā
Abdullah ignored Neville when he said āit didnāt workā because it did work, if Neville was assuming that he was in Barbados, they wouldnāt be having this discussion about him not being there. What can you take from this story? I would say that unfortunate circumstances don't matter, especially when we see how bad and dire Nevilleās financial situation was. Come on, he was in a country torn apart by war and poverty, yet he was still able to visit Barbados. Neville didnāt think of how heād get there, he just simply assumed that he was there, and his 3D reality follows right after.Ā
Barbados is a mindset. If you can imagine yourself having it and then accept that it is yours, youāre at the end. Your assumption is the fetus, continue nourishing it with beliefs and affirmations ā let that child grow and become. If you drop your assumption that basically means youāre neglecting the fetus, and it will eventually die from starvation.Ā
It doesn't matter if you have no money, it doesn't matter if you're in an abusive situation, it doesn't matter that you barely have a roof over your head. You are already in Barbados, tune into your inner man and bask in that.
EDIT: My apologies for getting the information mixed up. Abdullah is not the son of US secretary, rather he lived in a house that was rented by the latter. Sorry for the confusion!
