finally being able to even try and exercise after i had Covid 2 months ago. Even though i was only able to do 7min of a workout before i couldn't breathe and my vision started to go. i was so proud i even did that little. over the next weeks, little by little ill get stronger and strong until eventually ill be back to normal. I've defiantly learnt the value of compounding effort. i little bit more each time, over a long period really adds up. it might not seem much now and results might not be noticeable for a while, but consistency is key. you don't to be good to start but you have to start to be good

As much as I miss all the non Roy characters I almost see their absence as a direct example of how they drive their loved ones away, and how those loved ones seem almost better for it.

They don’t need the Roy siblings, the main characters, in their lives, and they can and do choose to remove themselves from relationships that cause stress or do not benefit anyone in pursuing. The Roy’s genuinely cannot fathom someone not putting up with them, through the worst things they do or say, until they’re all in the grave and it confuses them to see people disengage from their presence, something they couldn’t even think of doing to their father. at least that’s what I think
