Guys I think I cracked it omg. I think I finally figured out who did this to him and why, and if I'm right and the first person to say it, I demand a medal or trophy lol
I'll take a shot in the dark and say that the twins' mom never gave up on trying to exorcise Tsukasa, but Amane pretended to be him so he wouldn't have to get hurt. Most of Amane's injuries are rope burns so we can assume they restrained him to practice some kind of ritual meant to hopefully bring the real Tsukasa back.
Unfortunately though, Amane was at a point in his life where he refused to believe his brother might be a fake. There still was the doubt lingering in the back of his mind like he said in chapter 111, but the way he speaks is pretty clear when you really pay attention.
