A line up of five Dandy's world characters with the text "Faceless Shrimpo Au Cast". First we have Dandy, sporting green overalls and a lion-esk leaf tail. He has colored eyelashes that are also asymetrical. (He/They/Any pronouns!). Next we have Shrimpo who is lacking a face. He's wearing a medical gown and carrying a cane. (He/It pronouns!). Next we have Flutter, who has stunning blue eyes and a cape like wings! (She/They!) Then we have Glisten who has heart shaped irises and seems to be wearing an outfit right out of the 80s! With his iconic waist bow, ofc! (He/She pronouns!). Last but least! There's Shelly! Who is wearing her classic overalls (now made into more short like pants) She's also now sporting gloves and goggles! (She/her pronouns!)

I just want to apologize for not really being super active on here as of late! I've been really wrapped up in college and with Dandy's world!

this photoset of images is five pages from a traditional format comic, digitally illustrated with cozy festive colours. the plot is about kirby and his friends discussing "the Real Santa".

page1: kirby and four friends sit around kirby's kitchen table, hemmed in by christmas decorations and a tree in the background, wearing festive outfits. they are drinking hot chocolate from silly themed mugs that match each person.

kirby enthuses about the waddle dee's winter festival, but meta knight (wearing a silly christmas headband with christmas trees on it) says their santa actor needs improvement as it's "nothing like the real one". everyone looks a little skeptical about this, especially dedede (in a green christmas sweater and furry red cap) who jokingly asks if this means meta knight knows the "real santa".

"pfh, no," says meta knight dismissively, "nobody knows the real santa."

page2: three panels, where three friends (meta knight, magolor- in a festive red-velvet fur-trimmed version of his robes, and king dedede) share their thoughts about santa.

"he's a master of stealth," announces meta knight, a silhouette of himself tiptoeing across kirby's house painted behind him. "a skilled warrior and flyer, able to fly across all of popstar in one night."

"OR," magolor interrupts, a chalkly drawing of a sled that looks a lot like the Lor Starcutter in space behind him, "he could be a powerful mage, summoning presents into being at will and using a magic spacesh-- a magic SLED, travelling interdimensionally to save time."

"naw, yer both wrong," says king dedede with certainty, touching his own chest. "you never see the big guy himself because he's got loads of lil' friends who help him out. he's clearly a beloved leader and they all take turn carrying those gifts."

page3: meta knight, dedede and magolor glare at each other for having differing, self centred opinions. magolor turns to bandana waddle dee, who is drinking peppermint cocoa from an orange mug with apples, and wearing a pair of reindeer antlers on a headband.

"Bandee," he says quickly, "you must have some thoughts on this."

bandee looks very stressed, and hesitates to answer for fear of being laughed at. when they reassure him, he finally blurts out, "it's obviously Kirby!!!". he points at kirby, who looks unnaturally alarmed by this declaration.

page4: bandee explains, addressing everyone's previous claims. "kirby can travel all of popstar in an instant on his warp star," he gestures to an illustration of kirby on his warp star which makes up the background behind him. magolor agrees. "and he can inhale the gifts to carry them all by himself." dedede agrees. "and he is a skilled warrior!" even meta knight agrees.

"and he always knows what we want, because he's our best friend," bandee says, gesturing now to a doodled background of kirby on a cloudy sky, holding up three presents. "we just tell him."

all four friends stare at kirby, while bandana dee points. "so it HAS to be kirby.... right?"

squeezed far into the corner of the panel, kirby's eyes are very wide and he looks exceptionally nervous and guilty about something. "UHHhhhHHhh" he says, his speech bubble fading off the page.

page5: kirby sets about convincing the friends otherwise. "ooookay!! great theory bandee! but, counterpoint! it doesn't hold up under scrutiny!" despite his clearly cheerful demeanour, kirby is sweating profousely, quite obviously lying (badly). "because uh-- i'm... I am.. asleep at night!! yeah! that's it! everybody knows that!"

miraculously, everybody at the table buys this without a second thought. they all look both ponderous and disappointed. "oh, yeah. damn," says bandee, frowning at the table. "he's right."

kirby, still on the side, is smiling too wide and gesturing frantically. "haha yep! sorry bandee, I'm flattered though!" he rambles on like this for another minute or so, but the final panel shows a close up of kirby staring at the table in front of him in alarm, mouth a tense little squiggle as he thinks, "that was close."

alas, it seems the christmas mystery shall remain unsolved 🎁 happy holidays!
