#Spiderverse April 8, 2022
So you’re telling me that not only does everyone know Spider-Man’s identity, but they also all hate him because he “killed” Mysterio? Great.
Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) dir. Jon Watts
Wow. Just, wow.
Simu Liu has just been casted to play the lead role of Shang-Chu and the Legend of the Ten Rings, which will be the first marvel movie with an asian lead. Awkwafina has been carted alongside Tony Leung, who will play Mandarin.
This is absolutely amazing. When I heard that there would be an asian superhero, I couldn't believe it. Considering all of the bullshit marvel has put asian american representation,,,, daaaaaamn
I am so tired of seeing nerdy, weak asians on screen as my only source of representation. First we had funny and wealthy asians in crazy rich asians, now we have a goddamn superhero.
Do not let this flop. We can't give hollywood the illusion that asian-lead films fail. We're getting representation, and we're gonna make it count
Bonus:
Avengers Endgame (2019)
1.) Tony Stark, Vision, Natasha, Loki and Gamora are truly dead and only Tony got a funeral
2.) The new (past) Gamora won’t remember any of her relationships with the guardians of the galaxy, especially Quill
3.) Captain America never said goodbye to the rest of the Avengers, but he did get to experience all he wanted to in life
4.) Bruce never got his happy ending with Natasha after mutual pining for years
5.) Peter only got to truly feel Tony’s love and affection for like 10 minutes before Tony died.
6.) Loki is literally somewhere in an alternate timeline with the tesseract doing Loki tingz
7.) Morgan will have to grow up without her loving father
8.) Thor’s family is still completely dead (except Avengers family)
9.) Dr. Strange knew the only reality in which they would win was the one where Tony would die
10.) Wanda and Vision never got their happily ever after
11.) The entire world is literally gonna have PTSD after the snap
12.) Tony got closure from his father before he died
13.) Steve Rogers is freaking worthy
Mysterio trying to convince everyone a 16 yr old soft boy is the violent maniac that killed him:
Everyone:
I just assumed they were hiding 🤷🏾♀️ trying not to expose themselves
u know what never fails to make me laugh?
why are the fuck they inside a car? why is tony in the front seat and scott in the back seat? did they actually steal this car? where did it even come from? was the weight of their monumental fuck up too much for them to bear while standing so they had to sit down and rethink all their life choices?
I don’t get how Peggy didn’t see Steve staring at her in Endgame. He was literally standing there like
