OC asks

💼: what do they always carry with them ?

Lydon: He always has a bunch of scrunchies or hair ties with him! His keeps them on a carabiner on his belt loop. He usually matches them with his outfits too! Ngl, he definitely has fun carabiners too, like star and heart shaped ones!

Ofc he has the basics too, wallet, phone, keys

Judas: Judas keeps his journal with him, at least on race week. He keeps it in his bag he brings to the track. After practices, he writes observations about himself. Writes things he noticed about other drivers. The freak analyses everyone.

Sometimes he tears off a page and slides it to Lydon with a smile. It's a list of every mistake the other made during practice.

He plays the psychological game hard sometimes 😁

📜: is there a story they love sharing with others ?

Lydon: Ngl what story DOESN'T he tell? He loves talking, everyone knows everything about him at this rate 😅

I think he probably tells stories about when he was younger, like a teenager. How he snuck onto a karting track after hours, or how he allegedly (and definitely 100% , never happened /sarcastic) bolted from the cops for speeding. (And it definitely wasn't in one of the sports cars that Judas' dad owned!

Judas: Judas doesn't talk much about himself publicly, but he does occasionally share stories. I think the ones he most easily shares are about his pets!

His favorite probably is about his cat! He talks about how when his cat was small, she would always try to sleep in his old racing helmets. And when he packed up, she would try to climb into the helmet and leave with him.

Maybe she did manage it one time 🤣

They both have good races for once!!!

Lydon gets his cheeky P1 with that McLaren (someone snipe his tires next race please 😁😁) and Judas hauls that Aston Martin into P9

Judas is actually grinning when he gets out of that damn car. It's not his best result, not even the best one this season, but after the last few races, it feels like heaven.

Cue my usual post-race scene with them 🫶 ↓

Judas was mid interview when Lydon slammed into his side, arm pressed to the top of his shoulder. The McLaren driver was stood up on his toes to even reach the position.

"Ay! You managed to pull it off!" Lydon clapped a hand against the green fabric of his chest and a smile crinkled his eyes. His hand lingered for a bit too long. The familiar tight clasp was accompanied by a yank, making Judas' head jerk slightly.

"I could not leave you alone in the points, could I?" That soft smile was still on his face. It was almost nice. Almost like how they used to be. Judas hesitated for a moment, then two, before he was brushing Lydon off his shoulder. He was looking at the interviewer apologeticly.

His fingers gently wrapped around Lydon's wrist to pluck him away from the race suit.

It just feels so familiar.

"You definitely could!" The response was cheery, but his eyes held a glint. Sharp. His lip was pulled back into a different kind of smile. "You've been doing it a lot recently, right?"

Judas' eyes flicked down towards him, finally moving away from the interviewer. "You are insufferable and insatiable. But, you just love to feel that way, don't you?"

Ooo, I actually have two I'd choose from. They made me sob for awhile when I first heard them, and it's been nearly five years since then! They still give me a reaction if I'm sad

13- If you could commit any crime without consequence, which crime would you commit? Or would you not commit any crime at all?

I'm going to sound sooo 2020 quirky discord server rn... But arson on like an abandoned structure would be kinda cool. That might be very pretty at night!

14- Would you rather know the date or cause of your death?

I think both are equally horrifying! But, I'd honestly pick cause of death. I'd be freaking out way too much counting down the days, hours, and minutes if I knew the date of my death.

Though I'm more curious how I would react to it. I feel like I'd definitely look up a lot about the cause of death I get.
