He is a friendly guy, but most people, except the drivers, did not want to be friends with him. This was because his personality was a bit creepy. He is good at getting in people's good graces.

Rory himself understood this and sometimes avoided interacting with him more than necessary.

Sometimes he would get close to the drivers for strategy's sake. It was his own method, and it sometimes almost caused problems with drivers.

He had a fierce battle with Heath in the season just before his retirement.

He moved to Japan shortly after his retirement and met Fuji, who happened to be back home.

Rory is like an uncle to both of them.

He had a very close relationship with a certain driver, but an incident triggered a falling out.

There was a small rumor that he was bisexual. It was never publicly discussed in the media.

If I think about his relationship with the actual drivers, I think he got along well with fellow Australian, Mark, and I think he and Kimi had a weird chemistry. What about Jenson and Checo? I don't think he was very close with Jenson, maybe he was close with Checo.
