Weekly Weight Check—Jan. 6th-Jan. 12th

Started this week at 46.3kg and ended at 45.6kg

This week was alright, I fasted on Monday and Tuesday then binged on Wednesday cause I just felt so nauseous and then kept on saying ‘I’ll restrict tomorrow’ but never ended up taking it seriously and ate wayyy too much during the middle of the week but got back to fasting on Saturday and lost 1.2kg in a day!!! Hopefully I’ll be able to continue this fast and break my record of two days
