It basically means that everything is connected to everything else. That which is above me is also below me, That which is inside me is also outside of me.

Just imagine Dramione happened but Hermione was killed because of that, so Draco travels back in time and makes her hate him. And this is why he is acting like that the entire time, because he loves her that much, that he is giving up their love to save her life.
