This is quite a personal piece for me. With how wild things have been and continue to develop, I have put a lot more focus into finding ways to actually meditate and find more mental and physical relaxation. It isnβt easy, BUT I have started to find some visualizations that I really enjoy AND they inspire a some artwork! So here is the first one! I love this relaxation/meditation technique.
