I’m tired of hating my body

I’m tired of looking in the mirror and crying

I’m tired of having no control around food

I’m tired of not having a flat stomach

I’m tired of not having a thigh gap

I’m tired of getting on the scale and being disappointed

I’m tired of being embarrassed about my weight

I’m ready to do something about it. I will lose the weight one way or another. I will be the better version of myself. I can do this.
