I can't buy any of the main party of Dungeon Meshi as post-realization trans. Their birth gender is too entwined into their backstories.

Now for any of them being "eggs", I got my suspicions on Laios and Marcille, but that leans towards nonbinary

Namari I can believe not because I think I can clock people, but because nothing contradicts

Izutsumi... could maybe be trans? I can see her negotiating socially transitioning with her employers/owners* in exchange for not doing something annoying.

*feudal employment is wage slavery to a very blurry line
