Mason’s Home Updates

Today I’m sharing some home updates. My sweet friend Becca who I visited at the blogging conference is an interior designer and she helped us pick paint colors, and her husband and mine came and tore up walls, put in new floors, and put up trim and paint. I love the new black doors, white trim and finally white windows.    Here are some before and afters!  The Before of the entryway in one word was: Dark! 

I’m so in love with the after. The bench was an antique store find, and I love the half shiplap, half painted walls Becca helped us with. I love all the flowers in this space and it’s so functional for our needs.

Here’s the before of the living room. Can you tell that we bought this house from some elder sims? But now I love how light and bright it is. The fireplace is my favorite and I love how now the center of our home feels so peaceful and inviting. We have also finished the laundry room and downstairs bathroom, so all that’s left is the kitchen/dinning area. But I think the next space I’ll be sharing is my office make over. (Or cute pictures of our animal friends! Speaking of Bella is being her normal self making a mess and photobombing these living room photos!)

I’ve been working so hard and finally I got promoted! I am now officially a teacher! Now I just have to get this mountain of laundry done. Hopefully with this promotion I’ll have more money to put into my house renovation (I’m living in an old Victorian that I inherited from my Nana). For now enjoy my Landry Reno, I just love the tile. I don’t love waiting around for the drier to finish though!

WIPS Update

Hey all 👋🏼 Just popping in to say you’ll see a few things coming up. I have a small collab that should be next, as well as a nice big set that I just need to finish preview pics for. After that I’m thinking I’ll do some mini sets (big sets take a long time! I’m a little burnt out).

This is an awesome mod that I have play tested and it make so many new types of businesses possible! Gone are the Sims 3 days of savy seller rugs everywhere, instead we’ve been gifted a marvelous Sims 2 ofb inspired mod that makes business dreams come true! I’m seriously so excited to see what the community can do with this. I have so many ideas for new shops, and I’m sure so do many others. If you’ve ever wanted to run a ts3 business this is the mod for you! 

Yay, it’s finally here! Sim State Dude’s Open For Business for Sims 3 has arrived! Welcome to Sim State! A new mini expansion focused on adding ownable stores to the game in an open ended format. Create a store, hire employees, set objects for sale (without rugs!), restock objects, earn XP on sales to increase your rank and more! Check it out below! DISCLAIMER: The mod has been thoroughly tested by myself and other simmers but due to the nature of public release I cannot guarantee you won’t run into a new one! Saint Magnolia Hospital

Been a while but wanted to pop in and show you all what I've been up to. I started this Hospital in Saint Greer, but now it moves around to all my towns with me. Been inspired to finish decorating as I eagerly await the next version of @olomaya's Private Clinic mod. Coming soon is Optometry, which I've included a space for on floor one, more maternity care so that's the second floor, and currently we have the psychiatry module, so I have a counseling room and office on floor three, meeting space, and of course all the techy machinery. Along with a beautiful but totally not functional kids ward. Photos below. Will also be on my simblr.cc for more details :)
