Which as you can imagine isn't the safest option but their only option in most cases. This also applies to those going through postpartum bleeding from giving birth. If you want to or can help:
The Pious Projects - they distribute feminine hygiene kits for people in Gaza! I suggest checking it out yourself but there's various amounts you can give from $5-$1,000 to help make and distribute these kits! They cost around $25 for each kit, but every bit helps. Make sure to share the link even if you can't currently help donate today!

gazaesims.com is a website dedicated to helping people donate esims for people in gaza. there are multiple options for where to purchase an esim to donate, for the price i listed you want to use nomad esims. you can get a $3 discount by using someone's referral code from the notes of this post. it also will give the referrer credit to buy more esims! (you can only use a referral code on your first purchase) BACKPACKNOMAD is another code to get $3 off your first purchase, it's been working for some people but not others so try out a referral code instead if you can't get it to work. also it took over an hour for the email with my information to come through so don't panic if it doesn't show up right away. (logging back into your nomad account seems to have helped some people get their emails to send!) (nomad promo codes do not work on plans that are already on sale, unlimited plans, and plans under $5)
edit as of 1/1/24: they are running out of all esims types right now! please donate esims from any of the platforms: nomad, airalo, holafly, simly, and mogo. here is a purchase guide i made that covers all of them. the crew is asking for people to reply to emails they sent that contain esims that are still unactivated. you can see gothhabiba’s guide for how to tell if your esims have been activated.

2. donations for the Pious Project, to help get menstrual products into Gaza. you can donate $5, $20, or bigger amounts depending on ability

Take a good look at the countries leading/have started the legal battles to hold the IOF accountable -their fights to end IOF terrorism and war crimes, as this should have been done months ago, are now beginning.
So many Palestinian people have been genocided, and the rampant global government inaction has caused chaos, death, and destruction of Gaza... I just hope this leads to a permanent ceasefire and an end to the occupation. I truly do.
while not an actual action item for the general strike, you could also find some Palestinian recipes to cook. Part of the attempted erasure of Palestinian identity has been Israeli appropriation of recipes/foods. (And some pan-Arab foods too)
There is still hope. Say it out loud. Palestine will be free. The Palestinian people will celebrate their culture and heritage with each other. We will love and be loved. Do not fall into the trap of despair.

recommending ace attorney is like yeah u have to sit through three kind of meh cases in the first game but then it gets really good i promise. and then its kind of boring for a while again but like the end of the second game is also really good and the third game is fucking awesome. and then OHHHHH THE FOURTH GAME IS LITERALLY SO GOOD it introduces a new protagonist and his deal is that um. actually i can’t tell you that you just have to go and play it. the fifth and sixth games kind of suck but they both have their highlights. ohhhhh but actually before playing the second trilogy you should play edgeworths little gay investigation spinoff. theres two. yeah? there’s two? and you dont actually get to go into court. oh and then when you’re done with all that you can play this OTHER spinoff game series which is SO fucking good it follows the first protagonist’s ancestor as he navigates life in england as a japanese man. it’s really interesting because of its commentary on immigration and the corruption of the aristocracy but it doesnt really get good until the end of the second game. what? no yeah um the first eight cases kind of suck. well i mean they’re okay in certain aspects but like the story gets really good halfway through the second game. don’t play it until you’ve finished the first four games in the main series though it’s better if you have i think. oh and also there’s another spinoff featuring this puzzle solving guy and phoenix and maya get transported to oz or something im not sure i haven’t gotten around to it yet. sorry? how many is that? oh i mean its eleven games um six mainline and five spinoff but i promise it’s really good. oh and its basically just court simulator like youre basically just in a debate club meeting the whole time. why are you looking at me like that
