nat yelling at a presence in the plane... nat overdosing and seeing herself as the presence on the plane... nat telling herself when they die "we've always been here"... poetic cinema
me, watching every episode of Yellowjackets S3:
still a struggling actor; sending like 2-4 tapes a week to really good gigs and just kinda waiting
almost wish I was back in California but I also really don’t want to be back in America again
lottie i think we have a new prophet
It’s fight, flight, freeze, and FAUN for a reason!!!
Melissa I really underestimated you, mentioning Jackie and Jeff and making it sound like they were the bad guys? Babeeee you know what you're doing, smart moves smaaart moves. For the first time I believe you might be a survivor because you present real survival skills here.
guys do you think this Foreshadowing him becoming the antler queen ?
something else I love about the tumblr yellowjackets space: y’all can fucking spell.
redditors can’t spell for shit
I’ve separated the people I know irl into two categories: those who still earnestly enjoy marvel and those who do not
“but who’s the REAL psychopath on Yellowjackets? 🧐”
tell me your observations on behavior are not trauma-informed without telling me
The fact that Ben made Misty Equipment Manager so she could still be involved but not be bullied
God the writers want me to fear his death SO bad and I SO do
This is the state of the Yellowjackets subc, rip my film and literary analysis
Anyways hi tumblr I’m back
Thanks to the yellowjackets community on tumblr bc the subreddit has fallen into a huge complainer forum
the mfers over there still hung up about how the girls are bad people
If you have achieved something, please remember to observe a mandatory period of basking in the warm glow of your achievement like a lizard on a stone, lest you teach your brain that effort is futile, actually, because it didn't get to enjoy its happy chemicals, so, naturally, nothing good ever comes of trying. (And no, avoiding punishment is not a reward!)
I recommend, like, 5% of basking time in relation to whatever time you invested into achieving the thing minimum. And if you can't make your own bask, friend-brought is fine (= tell your friends!).
Greetings bugs and worms!
This comic is a little different than what I usually do but I worked real hard on it—Maybe I'll make more infographic stuff in the future this ended up being fun. Hope you learned something new :)
If you are still curious and want to learn more about OCD, you can visit the International OCD Foundation's website. I also recommend this amazing TED ED video "Starving The Monster", which was my first introduction to the disorder and this video by John Green about his own experience with OCD.
The IOCDF's website can also help you find support groups, therapy, and has lots of online guides and resources as well if you or a loved one is struggling with the disorder. It is very comprehensive!
Reblog to teach your followers about OCD
(But also not reblogging doesn't make you evil, silly goose)
