The scene that hits me the most in season 2 is when Laurtis gets home and Magne is off telling him about how he’s Thor. Laurtis is sooooo out of it.

imagine you've just verbally murdered someone on an open stage, everyone thinks you're the bees knees bc of this, you're drunk bc everyone kept paying for your alcohol to congratulate you and all you want is to go to bed, sleep in and hopefully not have a hangover tomorrow...

and instead... instead you get your incredibly-buff-all-of-a-sudden-WHEN-did-you-get-so-huge???-brother dragging you into his room by the scruff, like you're a fucking kitten, where he sits you down on his bed and proceeds to tell you the stupidest fucking story you've ever heard, bc apparently your brother is convinced he's fucking THOR now, and like... you're so fuckign drunk, you are FAR FAR too drunk for any of this, WHY are you even talking abt this and why does it have to be NOW???

And then... your brother is like: "I'm gonna kill giants and you need to help me." and like... again... you're too drunk for this only now you're beginning to think that maybe you're not the only one in this room who's a bit out of it, bc like... who the hell comes up with this shit unless they're either drunk or stoned out of their minds???

And THEN; bc the evening isn't weird enough already, your brother suddenly gets weirdly serious and is like: "You're the most important person in my life." and hugs you.

And since you ALREADY deal with emotional moments with the grace and maturity of a twelve year old who has a spider in their hair, even if you're not currently incredibly drunk, you literally just sit there and go: "... Huh?"

Anyway, as sweet as this moment is, I absolute SCREAM laughing every time I watch it bc Magne really couldn't have chosen a worse moment for this entire thing asdhkasvkjdbl
