Ya’ll, I know why Origin Palkia doesnt have arms. Its based on the statue of the centaur in Pompeii. It was so old that its arms fell and thats how it looks know, and since Palkia is a centaur, the creators probably wanted to make it like that

Once Blackberry and Dark Choco were talking, and she said something that made him laugh.
