things you could be doing and still shift:
being awake. being asleep. being half-asleep. being tired. being overstimulated. being underwhelmed. being mad. being sad. being bored. being blank. being burnt out. being busy. being lazy. being confused. being impatient. being scared. being sick. being numb. being annoyed. being full of doubt. being full of rage. being full of nothing. not scripting. not visualising. not believing. not trying. trying too hard. changing your mind mid-shift. not knowing which dr to pick. not having a method. switching methods mid-process. switching drs mid-process. falling asleep during a method. forgetting what you were doing halfway through. remembering after six hours and shrugging. affirming once. affirming a thousand times. not affirming at all. listening to music. scrolling your phone. crying. laughing. spacing out. spacing in. eating. walking. sitting. lying down. standing around. zoning out in class. working. not working. having an existential crisis. having a regular tuesday. thinking "this isn't working." thinking "whatever." forgetting about shifting entirely. remembering randomly. being at your mental best. being at your mental worst.
being literally any type of way. still shifting.

this would be an amazing way to write affirmations for a shifting subliminal
β§ I was literally in the biggest slump yesterday it's not even funny but i'm feeling a lot better now! π₯Ή I just. wanted to shift. SO BAD. SPEAKING OF WHICH!
β§ idk if anyone has thought of this before, but I made up this exercise(?) or whatever (i'm not sure what to call it HELP) during math class bc I was bored and I wanted to do smth in regards to my shifting journey.
β§ I like to write in a shifting journal everyday, so this time I was like "I don't know if I should keep using affirmations." but I was also like WELL I DO wanna use them for revision... so I thought of the idea to ANALYZE MY AFFIRMATIONS! because tbh, I have this limiting belief that my affirmations won't necessarily mean the same to my subconscious (even though they will if you believe it!) which is why I initially wanted to avoid them altogether.
β§ so basically what I did first was write down the affirmation I was using. for me, I have been trying to use imagination to shift for the past week, so i've been using the affirmation: "I shift instantly through imagination."
β§ THEN, I defined each word of that affirmation. for example:
I = Me, my consciousness, and my inner self.
Shift = The shift of my awareness into a reality.
Instantly = Within seconds with zero resistance.
Through = Using something.
Imagination = Thinking of something using your senses without pressure, with the idea that what is being thought of is real. (Or the 4D/true reality but I don't like the 3D/4D terms for me.)
β§ I tried to define them myself with how I felt about each word. I feel like going by how you actually think of each word really helps because it can pinpoint how that affirmation will work for you!
β§ the last thing I did was combine each definition!
My consciousness shifts its awareness into a new reality within seconds with zero resistance by thinking of a reality with the idea that it's real.
β§ I TRIED WORDING IT BETTER BUT HOPEFULLY YOU GET THE POINT
β§ basically it's like creating a bigger affirmation for your affirmation! obviously you don't have to use the longer version HAHAH i just thought it would help if people could actually SEE what they're affirming and what it means to them!
β§ you could use this with negative thoughts, too! "i can't shift" = "my consciousness is unable to shift it's awareness to another reality" etc. etc.
β§ LIKE, IT'S NOT THAT INTRICATE, BUT IT FEELS LIKE IT HELPED ME A LOTTT! I feel like it can also help people make up their own affirmations! :D but even then, words are just words and they can mean whatever you want them to, like I could literally say shoelaces and it could mean I shift on command HELPP but this is for people like me that enjoy using affirmations that say what's wanted!
β§ I REALLY HOPE THIS HELPS!! NOW GO AFFIRM AND SHIFT!
me bored as hell because every time i shift or manifest it happens instantly and thereβs absolutely zero resistance between me and my desires
how i feel when i see my s/o depicted ROMANTICALLY with another person
shifting is not an escape plan. you are not tunneling out of your reality with a plastic spoon. you are not bargaining with the universe for permission to exist elsewhere. shifting is natural. instinctive. something you were built to do.
ππ stop making it complicated. you did not have to read a 300-page manual on how to dream as a child. you did not have to βearnβ the ability to imagine. shifting is just as simple. your mind already knows how to take you where you want to go. let it.
ππ stop thinking of your current reality as a cage. there are no walls. no locks. no force keeping you in place except the belief that you are stuck. shifting is not about βbreaking out.β itβs about stepping through. like opening a book. like turning your head. that easy.
ππ let go of βwaiting.β there is nothing to wait for. no perfect moment. no ideal circumstances. no checklist to complete before you can shift. if you act like itβs in the future, it will stay in the future. decide that it is now. and it will be.
ππ stop overthinking. You donβt stand over your garden all day, waiting for the flowers to bloom. You plant the seeds, water them, and trust that theyβll grow at their own pace. Shifting works the same wayβonce youβve set your intention, itβs already on its way. trust that it is happening without hovering over it like an anxious supervisor.
ππ the universe is not testing you. you are not jumping through hoops to prove yourself worthy of another reality. you are not being graded on technique. shifting is not about effort. it is about surrender. drop the struggle. release the overthinking. allow it to be easy.
ππ start trusting yourself. stop second-guessing. the second you declare that shifting is easy, that you are good at it, that you have already done itβyou are. shifting does not reward struggle. it rewards certainty. decide you can, and you will.
ππ shifting does not require βproof.β you donβt need to feel tingles. you donβt need to float. you donβt need a neon sign from the universe confirming that itβs working. shifting happens in the quiet, in the effortless, in the assumption that it already has.
ππ be the person who shifts effortlessly. the one who doesnβt doubt, doesnβt obsess, doesnβt wait. the one who moves through realities as easily as breathing.
so take a breath. let go. and go where you want to be.
