Several blue heron families roost in trees around the park so at dusk you see so many herons flying in for the night, right next to the busy causeway.

Silhouette of a belted kingfisher. We’ve seen the seemingly same female kingfisher several times in the same location along the drive, I love seeing her each time!

A three in one! A female cardinal at the bird buddy, a red bellied woodpecker at the platform feeder behind and then at about 1:15 a little yellow bird flits by the platform feeder but doesn’t stop.
