I wanted to mention something that i think really enhanced my mentality is sleep tapes, specifically this one. The way my confidence in myself and the law has skyrocketed, and how unaffected i am by any thoughts that are unfavourable to me, is genuinely insane.

Brazen Impudence Examples
Before even learning about the term Brazen Impudence, I used it to manifest my university acceptance (a month after having been rejected) by just refusing to let the 3D truly affect my mind. I persisted mentally in how excited i was to move to my chosen university, how much iâd enjoy the classes, how annoying early morning lectures would be etc all while in the 3D i was travelling to the opposite side of the country to find housing for my backup university in a degree i did not want to do.
No matter how much i nodded and planned along with my mom to what the 3D showed me, internally i refused to accept it.
People often ask but how do you do it? What does a mental diet look like?
so here are some examples to help:
*message to SP is left on delivered/seen* I am unaffected and donât care, i literally live in the reality where SP is devoted to me and texts me all day so since this doesnât align with that, itâs not for me.
*Bank account isnât at desired balance* I know i have *desired amount* // i love having *desired amount* in the bank, iâd say itâs crazy how my bank account keeps doubling but it really is just normal for me now.
*desired house was bought by someone else/ isnât on sale* I love my home, and how quickly it became mine. Everything always works out for me.
and so onâŠ
being genuinely unaffected by unfavourable circumstances was not something i was immediately capable of, but just like with everything else as long as you discipline yourself and persist in this attitude it will work out.

You Deserve Self Discipline
hi lovelies.
It is so disheartening when people allow themselves to be influenced by the 3D or previous dominant thoughts theyâve had that make them believe they cannot have their desire.
the simple fact is you DESERVE the discipline to not allow othersâ words to impact you.
You deserve the discipline to remain in the state of having what you want.
You deserve the discipline to not allow negative thoughts to run your life.
You deserve the discipline to see an unfavourable situation and choose to change it.
You deserve your desired life, so be disciplined to and for yourself.
It may sound daunting but it isnât, and it gets SO MUCH easier as you go along.
Itâs like when you are loyal to an affirmation, the more you say it, the more natural it feels. Before you know it all opposing thoughts melt away <3
this is a short post and a bit of a ramble but i just want you all to know that you deserve the best, so give it to yourself in imagination and allow the mirror that is the 3D follow in suit.
also if this is the first post of mine you see, typically my posts are more informative, this is a bit of an add on thought lol.

Loving Yourself in manifestation

I, like most law of assumption content creators, preach self concept. Iâve talked in a previous post about what self concept is and little ways you can incorporate it into your daily life but today i want to emphasize the inner love and respect for yourself that manifestation both uses and heightens. (This is a bit of a ramble be aware)
in brief, since i have talked about it before, your dominant thoughts about yourself, what you are capable and deserving of, and how you see yourself in relation to others (all your self concept) reflect into the world around you (the 3D). Most of you should be familiar with this sentiment, it is a large part of LOA(ss) after all :3
This does not mean however, which the law of attraction community often misconstrue, that you have to feel good and amazing all the time. You do not have to be a ray of sunshine to manifest anything. You are allowed to have bad days, you are allowed to feel upset. The important part is that you KNOW you are a person worthy of respect, love and your desires.
something i love about law of assumption, is that many people come to this community and the law feeling lack - desperate for something or someone and believing they need it or them to be worthy, happy or even just okay. But with doing the techniques and really learning of the law, they create a good self concept and they realise their own worth and value.
Something i love about the law is the inner transformation you go through. Most people come to the law in a state of lack as they are desperate for someone or something and - though they may not realise it - believe this thing or person will make them worthy, happy or have value. Once they are introduced to self concept and really start applying it though, it really changes all of this: this feeling of inner fulfilment, happiness and worthiness just for being you! This feeling of content and happiness just for being me is unmatched, truly.
No person or thing is going to give you value, the only meaning or value assigned to anything is that which you give to it. And the person who deserves to be assigned the most value is YOU babe.
The neural pathways that we have built over time are mostly reflections of our societiesâ/communityâs/familyâs norms. Most societies preach being humble, not being overly optimistic, always looking for worst case scenario. As we grow up these dominant, core thoughts become reflected back to us. But, as put by bashar, this makes us belief thiefâs. itâs silly but i think itâs important to learn that you do not have to hold on to anyone elseâs beliefs. That which does not serve you, bye bye!
Of course i like to be humble, but i think itâs often pushed way further than that to not even believe in your own inherent worth in fear of being selfish. i choose to believe in my power, my looks, my personality and my worthiness. I am fully aware that i can have bad days and that things go wrong - and even though iâm sure i could manifest even this away, i prefer to live my life and have my world like this - but i refuse to have a mindset that always assumes the worst. after all, our assumptions reflect back in the 3D. You deserve to assume that things always work out for you and as you assume it so it shall be :)
quick side note, two affirmations that have really helped me to unlearn assuming the worst:
- All is well, all will be well
- Everything is always working out for me, no matter how it looks at any given point in time.
Okay, having discussed the importance of self concept and identifying with assumptions and beliefs that serve you, back to the main point of this sort of appreciation post. Though your journey may start from a state of lack, the change in self concept brings not only your manifestations but also so much happiness and fulfilment. Now this is gonna sound silly to longer time loa lovers as of course the whole point is to embody the state of wish fulfilled, and thatâs gonna make you feel good, but i feel like many new manifestors - at least definitely me when i started - donât realise the true fulfilment and happiness within yourself that this journey will give you.
What at first seems like a chore and silly little affirmations to get a goal, becomes little smiles throughout the day when i remember how happy i am to be me.
it is the greatest reward.

YOU CAN MANIFEST ANYTHING: a quick psa
YOU CAN MANIFEST ANYTHING: it's not a matter of "if"
I know I've said this, but overnight I've received quite a few asks asking me "Can I manifest this?" or "Can I manifest that?" and I need to give you guys a reason for not answering those. And it's this:
You can manifest anything.
That's it. No matter how specific or unrealistic it may seem to you, you can manifest it. The only possible thing that could ever stop you from manifesting it would be your belief that you couldn't.
Please do not ask me, or any loa blogs for that matter, if you can manifest xyz. The answer is always yes.
A Little Hack to Help You Live in the End :)

Sometimes, if our manifestation is something that is often mentioned or relevant in our lives - or rather the opposite to our manifestation - it can be a bit hard to remain disciplined and faithful to imagination / your new identity. Hereâs a little hack that helps me.
Btw i did get this off of a tiktok ages ago and i have no clue where from iâm so sorry.
Imagine you are in some kind of competition, before the final results the judges call you up privately and inform you that you have won. The finale has not aired yet so nobody except you and the judges know you have won.
So now, if someone comes up to you and says âomg person B is totally gonna winâ are you gonna go cry? No, because you already know you won. Are you gonna sit there and try to convince them that youâve won, even though they love person B and are convinced they are gonna win? No, you KNOW the finale is going to air, so theyâll find out themselves without you having to go through them berating you like âwhy do you think you are going to win? itâs obviously person B, youâre delusional.â What people are saying right now isnât going to change the fact you know you are going to win and that the finale reveal is going to happen.
Remain disciplined to yourself, and let it unfold.
Consciousness creates 3D reality, not the other way around.

If you encounter resistance that's your sign to KEEP GOING.
The resistance IS the progress
If you feel discomfort when trying to embrace the new story don't get discouraged. It doesn't have anything to do with your ability and it doesn't mean you're doing something wrong.
The discomfort is proof that you are challenging your negative beliefs. Feeling discomfort is proof that you're doing something. Your brain is starting to integrate your new thought process and it is beginning to dismantle the old one. Your brain hates holding conflicting beliefs and it hates being wrong. The discomfort is NOT proof of failure, it's proof that your brain is considering what you're affirming.
Understanding Manifestation techniques <3
Something that really delayed my manifestations when i first started manifesting is that i did not understand manifestation like it really is, i knew that i was inherently capable of getting what i wanted and i knew techniques would help me get these things - of course i struggled with doubts but in this post i am simplifying it to this as i want to focus on properly understanding manifestation techniques.
So whatâs wrong with the way i thought? I thought that manifestation techniques were the tool that manifested for me - rather than me being the conscious creator. Many newbies that come to Law of assumption are fed lots of techniques without fully grasping how law of assumption really works. So they think âokay, i did the technique so now it shows upâ and wait around watching the 3D, whereas in reality the techniques work to help you embody the version of yourself who has their manifestation. techniques help you shift states.
Most techniques follow the idea of affirmation repetition and letting go. Think 3,6,9, 5x5x5, robotic affirmations - this is because the whole process is to help your subconscious fully embody the version of you that has whatever you are manifesting, hence the simple use of I am or I have statements. you repeat throughout the day to yourself that you are the person who has those things thereby rewiring your neural pathways (nerd emoji here fr). Letting go then prevents you from overthinking and denying these affirmations :)
A lot of different techniques follow this structure! Even scripting: you write a whole bunch as if you are experiencing your manifestation - each sentence repeating back to you that you already have it. Also Vision boards, they help familiarise your brain with seeing the different events/ objects/ places / people/ emotions whatever you are trying to manifest.
Techniques help you feel who you are when you have these manifestations, they help you affirm to yourself who you are. The 3D has no choice but to reflect back to you who you are.
Now i want to clarify that i fully understand why some Law of Assumption teachers leave it as simple as âthis technique brings you your manifestationâ - because if you are open enough to that, that can be something you fully accept and embody and in turn you can manifest that way. However, for many people who find law of assumption, there are already many neural pathways that state that something as simple as the 3,6,9 or 5x5x5method cannot get them what they want - their âlogicalâ side of the brain will shut down that idea and not allow that to happen, suggesting that if they wanted to manifest a porsche they need this and thatâŠ. you get it. I totally respect if this way of thinking about techniques works for you but, me personally, i have one main problem with it which is that i do not want to form the belief that techniques are the only way for me to manifest. Manifestation is a natural process and I do it all the time!

The 3D Feedback Loop
when we were young we experienced the work around us and those experiences created beliefs which allowed our mind to start manifesting the world around us (in my understanding of the law)
due to this we have created a loop wherein the 3D âfeedsâ our beliefs, and our beliefs are reflected by the 3D. Only one part of this feedback loop however is law.
Now since we experience the 3d with our senses we take everything that happens as a self reaffirming belief. if you were manifesting 50k you no longer need to affirm for 50k because seeing it in your 3D reaffirms that it is already yours as a fact.
This does not mean that you have to accept anything in the 3D, because your 3D is a reflection of your inner world. You no longer have to take the 3D as evidence or proof of previous belief systems that no longer serve you, because it can change in an instant when you decide and persist in what you want to experience instead.
This is a bit of a wacky post but i was just thinking about this recently.

Inner vs Outer in Manifestation
hi lovelies!
Today i want to explain the inner versus the outer, this is more a post for people new to LOAss but everyoneâs journey is different so this may help you too!
Your inner in manifestation is your mind. 95% of manifestation takes place in your mind. this is because, as Neville says, creation comes from imagination.
Your brain, as you learn and grow, creates neural pathways - your dominant thoughts and what your subconscious works off of. Your subconscious/ dominant thoughts are in turn what manifests into your 3D!
Thus all methods you do - even techniques like scripting that you do in the 3D - all work to change your inner, to rewire your dominant thoughts, to create new neural pathways, however you want to think of it!
This is why no circumstance actually matters, because your entire 3D is a reflection of your dominant thoughts. As long as you can imagine a world/ reality where you have your desire, you can have your desire.
You must simply choose to be the version of yourself who has your desire - whatever it might be - and persist in that internally. The 3D will simply reflect that, as long as you are focused on your inner and not allowing the irrelevant, old story 3D to throw you off track.
If unfavourable 3D events occur, simply reject that outcome in your mind. SP says they donât want you? simply be like Okay, and in your mind know that this is not relevant to you and that you know you and SP are together. Bank account states you have 12 cents? Nah, you are rich as fuck, you always have at least 4 figures in the bank. Continuing to be the new version of yourself, in the state of wish fulfilled, will help your dominant thoughts rewire to believe that is what your life is!
Your outer world is the 3D. The world around you that you perceive with your senses :). The 3D honestly has very little to do with manifestation!
You do not have to take any 3D action to receive any desire, because as long as you decide and persist in the version of yourself that has your desire the 3d will reflect this. The 3D is a mirror to your inner world and dominant thoughts. it cannot reject anything you decide you have internally.
To make it very clear, choosing to be the version of yourself that has their desires is internal - if you choose to be the version of yourself that has your SP, you do NOT need to go around saying SP is your boyfriend if the 3D hasnât reflected that yet. In turn however do not take actions like complaining about SP not reaching out to you etc - because these actions are going to reaffirm dominant thoughts that you have that SP does not want you/ isnât giving you their all and is not gonna help you manifest. Thus also, looking around constantly for your desire and not seeing it because you are so focused on looking for it is also going to reinforce your dominant thought that you do not have this desire! SO just leave the 3D out of it.

embody the version of yourself who already has your desire - aka assume the state of wish fulfilled
for example with an sp if you find yourself asking something like âwhy havenât they messaged me yetâ, simply remind yourself âoh well theyâre my partner so i am not worriedâ and simply go upon your day. If you feel like you are going to spiral, take a moment to focus on your breathing, and remind yourself of WHO you are.
rewire those dominant thoughts and reactions. The 3D is never final babes.

you can't want something you already have.
think about it. if you already had everything you ever wanted, would you still be thinking about "how" or "when" you're gonna get it? or worse, "am i going to get it?" it doesn't make sense at all.
that's also why so many loa bloggers have been repeatedly saying that if you are in the state of the wish fulfilled, you would literally NOT be concerned about the 3d or anything else. you focus entirely ONLY on your imagination and fulfil yourself there. regardless of what you see in the 3d, you won't be fazed at all because you KNOW that imagination is the only reality, so the 3d has to INEVITABLY morph and reshuffle to reflect your imagination.
if you already have your desires, you WOULDN'T be:
asking if you're gonna get it
asking where is it
asking when and how you're gonna get it
constantly dwelling upon the LACK of your desires
accepting the 3d as final
i've lost weight from the comfort of my bed while eating like shit, i've got accepted into programs without even applying, i've got promoted at work by doing the bare minimum, i've been gifted desired things i never mentioned wanting out loud, i've gotten money from the most random sources, i've changed my weight distribution, i've changed my height, i've changed my face, ive cured my dental problems, i've revised animal sickness, i've gotten my exact desired sp, i've gotten gaul citizenship, i've changed my grades, i've got my dream apartment, i've gained my exact desires friend group, i've gotten multiple free vacations... loa is literally the cheat code to life.
