Happy Bleeding Hearts Day!

Last year, I wrote a short fic about Lilith and Hooty spending the typically romantic holiday together as besties. Afterwards my friend @disco-girl suggested that Lilith and Hooty should have a tea party next time, which inspired this year's piece. Also I decided King and Collector should get to join in on the too. Romantic holidays can be tough for those of us who don't participate in romance, but hanging with friends can make it so much better!

just out of curiosity, why did you chose this url specifically??

oh haha well for context I used to have a different url back when I didn’t use my main blog at all and only post on my side blog secretly-of-course, but a couple months ago I decided to repurpose this blog as a place to reblog my art and changed the name so the two blogs could match more. unfortunately tumblr doesn’t let you switch your “main” and “side” blogs otherwise I wouldn’t have kept this one at all lol

as for the context of secretly-of-course, it’s a spongebob reference to the secret box episode! (the greatest part about having a secret is secretly telling someone your secret, secretly of course). when I made my tumblr I was going through a phase where I could pretty much find a spongebob quote for any situation, and since my tumblr was basically a secret from people I knew irl that was the first thing that came to mind ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
