Hey! This was asked in my ask inbox here but I’m not going to post the name just in case there’s any weirdos.

But just so we are clear I won’t be continuing the last of us 2 or talking about the show. I was informed a bit ago that some story aspects were apparently drawn from what’s been going on in Palestine from a Zionist perspective. I made the plan to continue the game and just finish it as quick as possible without drawing attention to those aspects, as I was worried that people (who were unaware) who would get upset at me not playing the game and not do proper research even if I explained why, would attack people in the community who had brought it up, and start arguments that would have done more harm than good. (which has happened a lot in the past when I have talked or addressed certain things), but I stopped after a couple streams later due to time.

Since then as well as recently I have become much more aware of what has been going on in Palestine, and I would not have made the same decision knowing what I know now. I know I should have done more research than I did at the time, and I am sorry that I failed to do that.

I’m sorry for continuing the game back then, my reasoning for it was always to protect those affected in my community, but I no longer believe that was the right decision. So again, will not be continuing the last of us part 2, and please support Palestine and do your research into what’s going on. Thank you!
