appreciate my drawing of a kettle please :)
huge fan of reading and learning, but also an even bigger fan of sleeping and being unconscious.
Took me until about halfway through college before I realized “study” means “play with the material in a variety of ways until you understand it” and not just “read the assigned chapters and do the homework” and I think that probably should have been discussed at some point prior to that.
summer of indulgences. takeout for dinner two nights in a row. glass after glass of cold peach juice. scratching mosquito bites for the sensuous pleasure of it. climbing past the point of my fingers giving out. taking the long way home. gently pressing the bruises on my heart just to feel the twinge
some week/month planners from paperchase and a doodle i did while taking a break from maths, which was really stressing me out as i find that drawing helps calm me down when i’m worked up about something. i’ve also been journalling a short paragraph about each day every night which i’m enjoying!
i daydream of posting “bye” leaving tumblr forever and driving 12 hours away and throwing my phone in a culvert. too bad this will never happen because my phone is my soulmate and instead i tuck her lovingly into bed every night
