I am NOT constantly rewatching the sex scene (to think that Vi has gone YEARS without intimacy. She just keeps going in and in and in and taking and taking and taking in this scene because of how much she NEEDS it. And she DESERVES it!!! Vi leads and Caitlyn lets her, laying all the cards on the table and letting Vi just have whatever the hell she wants. Cait goes into for another kiss, but Vi wants to explore her neck. Cait wants to take a second to acknowledge her misdeed, Vi needs to keep kissing her. Cait wants to take care of Vi, Vi just wants to take. Vi is a lover at heart and life HATES that about her but Cait accentuates that in her!!!!!!)
okay maybe just once or twice
Fantastic by KingPrincess requires a trigger warning. I was talking with a friend yesterday, and we agreed on the conclusion that is so addictive is actually insane. Because, wdym I can recall the whole caitvi sesbian lex scene (WITH EVERY FUCKING DETAIL) as soon as the song starts??? Please tell me we are not alone in this lmao
It's too early for me to process all this information accurately, but I agree with every single word.
Ok so Vander/Warwick is obviously crucial to Vi and Jinx's arcs, but I'd argue that on a both story and thematical level, he also does a LOT of heavy lifting for Caitlyn's arc. In ep5 Caitlyn sees and is horrified by the carnage Warwick's left in his wake and starts off assuming that he's one of "Zaun's perverse abominations". She then looks into it some more and finds out that Singed, the person responsible, isn't actually a Zaunite at all - he's from Piltover, like her. And, like her, he's doing what he's doing for "love" (he for his daughter, Caitlyn for her mother). What she realizes here is that Warwick isn't a monster because of Zaun - he's a monster because of Piltover. He's how he is because of what a Piltovan has TURNED HIM INTO. I'm extrapolating a bit here, but obviously the same could be said about the rest of Zaun, who are only doing what they're doing because of what SHE (and Piltover more broadly) have done TO THEM (even Shimmer is a Piltovan invention, as it turns out). Then in ep6, instead of further perpetuating said cycle of violence and attacking a peaceful commune to get to Warwick, Caitlyn decides to try to save him instead. Obviously her decision here has a lot of layers (love for Vi, distrust towards Ambessa, etc.) but I'd say a lot of it also has to do with her guilt about her actions and her realization of what, exactly, they've all been doing to Zaun and Zaunites. Symbolically, her choosing to help Warwick instead of fighting him is about acknowledging what Zaun has suffered, acknowledging that the fault for the whole situation ultimately lies with Piltover (with her), and deciding to make amends. (As a side note, I think people sort of downplay what a massive risk she's taking here by choosing to betray Ambessa. Like, yes, obviously she's not just doing it because Vi called her cupcake, but she's not doing it as some clever play either. She has literally no reason to assume she won't be burned at the stake by both sides after disrupting Ambessa's plan, she's taking an absolutely huge fucking gamble, and she DOES IT ANYWAY - out of love for Vi, and because it's the right thing to do. Like can we just take a moment to acknowledge how absolutely batshit insane of her it is to go against an ARMY with, as far as she's aware, no one but Vi sort of tenuously in her corner??? And for a guy who's done a lot of damage and is likely too far gone anyway??? Just because Vi thinks he's still in there and she trusts her??? Just because, if there's the slightest chance to repair some of her wrongs, some of Piltover's wrongs, she wants to take it??? It's insane and it's making me insane)

Rewatching the bed scene between Caitlyn and Maddie makes my skin crawl knowing that Maddie was a spy all along. The first time i watched something felt off when it came to Maddie's behaviour but i choose to ignore it because i thought i was overreacting since am a CaitVi shipper. Maddie was being shady af. Caitlyn didn't react much to her betrayal and death after cause she knows how to compartmentalise and knew she had to focus on more important things but it definitely stung that the person she somewhat trusted, confided into and let into her bed was using her and manipulating her all along. We all love to make jokes about the warmth line but it was actually such a cold thing to say especially considering the fact that Maddie had planned for Caitlyn to experience a slow death by shooting her in the back of her neck. In fact Maddie was such a good spy that we don't really know shit about who she really is, i mean is Maddie Nolen even her real name?
That's right. Do that. Destroy me.
"You're the only one I have left..."
I believe it is easy to actually imagine that with this specific image. She just looks so soft, cozy, and even in peace compared to other scenes. She is imperfectly perfect.
so like I just wanna hold her sweet face is kiss all over it and make the sad feelings go away
I agree.
,,Is there anything so undoing as a daughter?" Yeah man, being the daughter
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
My body's on the line now
I can't fight this time now
I can feel the light shine on my face
Did I disappoint you?
Will they still let me over
If I cross the line?
