Look at Warriors expression here, that's more then just concern. He's thinking. The moment Sky mentions that "there was something about the weapon" he looks down at Twilight's wound. The shadow has been observing and then targeting the heavy hitters of the group (especially warriors himself) while passing over some of the others.

It's clearly targeting those it deems the most powerful as it has only drawn its cursed sword against certain members of the chain. However it kept failing when fighting Warriors. Time was too strong. And with the Master Sword, Sky can dispel it's cursed attacks.

HOWEVER it finally managed to land a hit on Twilight. Twi doesn't seem to have been the shadows first choice as it's skipped over him in the past [X] but it was either reveal its secret powerplay by shapeshifting or get mauled by a wolf so...

Anyway, back to the first point with Warriors observing Twilights wound. I bet you he's checking for black blood. He's seen that this shadow has been infecting monsters and can take their form. So what if his friend is now infected?

What if he becomes another vessel under Dinks command.

@gotmilk5101520 had a headcanon where Kairi blames herself for Sora’s scar on his chest. And with her new scar across her back thanks to Xehanort, Sora blames himself for that.
