While I was rereading "Great Decisions" I was thinking about how JD will act towards Velvet and Veneer, looking at how he goes with critters and Chef I can't wait to read all about it !!!

Y’all think baby John Dory wanted to be a super hero when he was growing up?

I love to think “Great Decisions” JD loved the idea of being a hero, like the ones from his Dad’s stories about the Neverglade Trail. And in his eyes, his Dad was a hero, going out and saving/protecting people from the Bergens. He’d often play superheroes with Spruce, Clay, and Floyd.

Until of course he learned… There’s no such thing as heroes.

But omg look at him, so young and happy… Where did the years go?
