My January cover page. 💜 I've hesitated with these pages as they've felt incomplete. I decided to enjoy the simplicity of what it is, and revisit at month's end.

Spiced Orange Juice:
A few of these ingredients were added as to not let them go to waste. It ended up so worth it.
-Two inches of Ginger
-Small hand full of Cilantro
-Hand full of Arugala
-Four/Five Romaine Lettuce leaves
-One large Carrot
-Five/Six Celery sticks
-Six/Seven medium-large Navel Oranges
-One small Lime
-One large Lemon
Sweet, tangy, a bit of a kick, and so refreshing. I cannot wait to make fritters with the pulp for breakfast. 💜
