Chrissy and Eddie have been best friends since middle school, ever since that one misguided kiss led to them coming out to each other in a panic. In order to shield themselves from the town’s homophobia, they promised that they’ll help each other find love; and that they won’t date until the other one does. Now, four years later, Robin finds out about their deal and in an attempt to shoot her shot with Chrissy, convinces Steve to take Eddie out on a date. Chapter Synopsis

Steve goes through a makeover, and gets pushed out of his comfort zone in more ways than one. Between charged encounters and simmering tensions, Steve is confronted with realizations he’s having a harder time dismissing.

Supernatural really missed out on having an ongoing mini plot where Dean finds out Claire has been going by the Winchester name, because she realized it has pull with hunters and monsters. And at first he's flattered and gives her a call saying it'll probably get you in trouble so stop. But over time it keeps croping up that monsters and hunters keep mentioning, oh I didn't realize you had a kid? And of course it inevitably blows up in Claire's face which leads Dean calling her saying that she needs to get her ass to the bunker now. She's grounded. And right next to Dean is Cas and his phone starts ringing. Cas sighs and hands it to Dean because it's Claire. It's the best day of Dean's life. He answers and is like, hey kid. There's no praying your way out of this one. Cas also says you're grounded. Wanna go three for three? I can call Jody right now.

It's FUNNY because supernatural had Dean and Cas do all the things the romantic couples do. Date nights???? Done. Movie nights????? DUH. There was pining and longing. and yearning. They had them BREAK UP. LITERALLY. These two had a divorce arc. They raised a son together. They lost their son and went through a break up. 

Dean had a whole ass WIDOWER ARC!!! No really, Dean grieved Cas like a broken widower.

Dean gave Cas a MIXTAPE. He was on his knees asking for forgiveness. Hell, everyone around them implied they were a couple. JOINED AT THE, Y'KNOW, EVERYTHING. 

Supernatural had them do all this. Had all of this be done to them. But they never officially called them a couple. Show, not tell.

And because they never outright called them a COUPLE I'm still being called crazy and delusional for seeing them for what they are which is ... a COUPLE
