Quickly sketched some lads the other day for studies, added colors for the heck of it

I actually tried drawing a background this time !

Messed up the ropes cause I rushed through them but I'm really satisfied with this piece all in all !

As I was drawing I kept feeling like I've seen this scene before and turns out, it's from a fanfic ! The original setting, in the actual fic, is a bit different though, seems like I subconsciously re-enacted that part

The fic is ''Wound" by Novirp13 and it's a fantastic read I really really recommend it !

Anyway, young Wind setting sail for the first time and having to face the harsh reality that is the life of a sailor

I only ever use the one regular brush for everything I draw but decided to, just this once, use the marker tool in Sai 1

Came out looking p great for a first time if I do say so myself 👀 I missed this boy a lot

1st of all I adore Hyrules design??? The colors are so pretty and I adore how he's mossy! 2nd do you have a plan for if Four is as tall as a normal bismuth or if he's smol? I was drawing something and it relies of height I hope you have a dandy day :D!!

Thank you so much !! I'm so happy you like Rule I was pretty hesitant about his coloring and I still might change his eye color to something a bit more yellow/brown-ish ? I like the bright green but he's the only Link who's canonically brown eyed (that we know of at least) and I kind of want to keep that in his design

About Four, well, that's the thing, I don't know

I have no idea how tall I want him to be

He's a fusion right ? So he's either as tall as a regular Bismuth as Four and like, Ruby sized unfused

Or, a bit smaller than a Pearl and real small unfused

I can't make him change size at will like he can in Minish Cap so the next best thing is to shrink him down as Vio, Blue, Red and Green but I'm not quite sure how small, or tall, he'd be yet

He's also.. Sorta Off Colored ? He's defective. Which could justify his size if I decide he's on the smaller side

I just wanted to draw a p nose on a p bb Sky, I didn't mean to go this far but then I liked the face so I thought, ''hell yeah, let's continue''

I then added colors, and a background, and a context, and shading and lighting and did all of that on top of the very raw stretch that I never bothered to clean so it's a bit of a mess

I honestly don't know where the feathers came from, they just spawned out of nowhere and, obviously, they're as raw as the rest of the 'lineart' (I also c a n n o t draw feather digitally, dunno why)

So yeah, here's a young, feathery Sky, praying for some reasons

I've been told that some of you would be interested in my very own LoZ story so here it is :

The Legend of Zelda : Bonds of Yore

(I got too invested and am now working on a full on story, sue me)

As you can see my Link isn't fully Hylian, nor is my Zelda (couldn't help myself, sorry not sorry)

Link would be described as a ''Lesser Great Fairy",  he's a late teen/young adult

Zelda just has Sheikah ancestry, she's under ten yo, maybe 9

AND SHE GOT A FAIRY ! THEIR NAME IS 'SOL'

I hope you like 'em ^^ I certainly do, I'll be posting more about them as I work on the lore of their era and all that gud jazz

For context, a few months ago I sketched what I imagined Malanya would have looked like as a mount, threw Malon into the mix for lore reasons as I planned to work more around that idea

Recently I've been wanting to get out of my comfort zone and experiment a bit with my art so I dug out those old traditional scribbles and decided to digitalise them

I think it came out pretty good, didn't take as long as I thought it would, I'm satisfied with it ^^

Might draw more of that horse, maybe not as detailed but just to explore the concept
