i feel like anti gem is like if she took geminislay too far, like its no longer a cute gag its a shes out to get you. shes like a cryptid to me. shes edgy. gem thinks shes cringe.

in short yes shes evil, but like any good villain she has a weakness. its cute things. when she even glances at a flower she is immediately sent back to the shadow realm

improvement? i drew gem’s pumpkin patch! this was so tedious but it looks better than my last attempt! this took so so long

what i learned? background artists are incredibly patient. also! ombres serve an important role in creating depth and shadow at least through my observation and experimenting

the background and gem separated- i am proud of this but im still eager to keep improving!
