I made jelly nougat this yr :^D Oh I am so happy it turned out. It was super simple, quick & cheap too (just white chips, mini marshmallows & dots candy). You could make so many other holiday alternatives by perhaps adding extracts to flavor it differently. I would love to make a peanut butter one, maybe a bday cake one (with rainbow sprinkles) and a valentines day one (with heart shaped gummies). Unfortunately the woman who made the tutorial for it on YT said something transphobic (in another one of her baking videos) so I now legally own the rights to the recipe and I am the keeper of the jellynougat.

MORE TREATS. How I love my treats (I have a sweetooth if it wasnt already obvious). Also made homemade poundcake (simple and cheap as well), and butter cookies w cranberries and walnuts. Yrly staple. We celebrate non-religiously so the day is just chinese takeout and some movies. I was inspired by @em_bers's "playdoh artpiece tutorial" on Twittur to make a little mixed media sculpt for myself :^D The head is made of playdoh (I found a yellow tub of it in the back of my pantry...... It was meant to be....) and the stars from holepunched paper. :^D Had a lot of fun w this one, I will share isolated pics BEEELOWW
