Lee’s Gettysburg Headquarters were restored by the Civil War Trust and it was originally the home of Mary Thompson. The Civil War Trust has since gone woke and even changed their name but we do thank them for their sadly woke work. Even the doghouse is the same as what was pictured in period photos. Also see R. E.
