Hi Edward! I’m wonderin what you think of Jonathan crane aka the scarecrow! You’re both smart so are you friends? -🍓

…What? I fail to see why we’d be affectionate to each other, JUST because we both are "smart".

It’s true he has intelligence, however, he’s simply a colleague. I work with him at times, and that’s it. Though, I hate him, just as I do everyone else, he is no different. Scarecrow hides behind a burlap mask and his fear toxin, scythe, and manipulation, and behind that is a little CHILD who still fears his bullies.

He’ll never admit it, though. If you ever told him I SAID that, then he’d yap on about how I’m "narcissistic" and how I’d "oBvIoUsLy" think that, blah blah blah… oh, oh, mental illness! Isn’t THAT a way to try and get an advantage? It’s too repetitive. I’m not "MeNtAlLy iLl", and, yes, I will continue to drill that in your heads.

To put it simply, he’d get defensive, offended, and annoyed. Too bad he’s stuck in the thought that he’s "ImMuNe" to the toxin. Pathetic.

BTW y’all i know rogues the podcast season 7 started but i cannot afford to get obsessed rn i’m having all my final exams this month CODOT PLS WHY WOULD YOU START NOW 😭😭

We all love the classic story of "Scarecrow hits Batman with fear toxin and he lives out his trauma, Thomas Wayne saying hes a failure. stuff like that" but consider: Bruce Lives out Cranes trauma instead. Not that Scarecrow is trauma dumping post fear toxin but Bruce has been researching him for who knows how long, Bruce knows the pain he felt, his upbringing, all that and in that moment his fear comes down to "I am hurting this poor traumatized child, did I fail at being a hero and become the monster?"
