Hi! I'm alive.

It's been a long time since I've posted or drawn anything in this fandom.

It looks like I'm making a comeback. Here's a little sketch I did not long ago.

Он ответственный, внимательный.

Чувствительный достаточно, чтобы искренне ненавидеть, любить или сочувствовать, но не настолько, чтобы загнуться под огромным давлением со стороны не то что одного человека, а почти целого мира.

Всегда перед всеми честен (близких только может прикрыть, но не откровенной ложью (это хед, потом скажу)).

Держится холодно и спокойно даже в очень стрессовых ситуациях (иногда может поддаться сильным эмоциям, но избегает такого).

Вообще-то эмоционален. Но не считает нужным это показывать. Опять же, только в дружеской обстановке, не на камеру и не в действительно серьёзных ситуациях.

Скорее всего он достаточно силён если вспомнить, как работали кочегары.

или по-крайней мере был в хорошей физической форме.

чисто теоретически

Кейт Хартли может быть Томасу намного больше отцом, чем биологический.

потому что его биологический отец учёный, и наверняка такой учёный, который постоянно чем-то занят, готов уделять своим исследованиям всё время

и неважно, это будет эксперимент, научная статья или собственные наблюдения за чем-либо.

и да, он любит сына, очень сильно, но не всегда может быть рядом.

они проводят вместе вечера например.

но так весь день отец работает, а Томас учиться и любуется поездами потом, проводит с ними возможно всё свободное время... кто там с поездами рядом? там Кейт, который считает своим долгом смотреть (когда может находиться рядом), чтобы с Томасом не случилось чего, это всё-таки рельсы да и просто Том – ребёнок, мало ли что в голову придёт.

и вполне возможно Кейт со временем стал сильнее опекать и заботиться о младшем, может даже как брат скорее, а Томас воспринимает его как близкого друга, готового быть рядом, рассказать чего-нибудь интересненького (и из разряда паровозного, и просто жизненного опыта).

Томка ОЧЕНЬ любит упоминать, что что бы он не сделал – Кейт ни в какую не сможет разозлиться и наругать его (и это правда, Кейт и родителям Тома никогда почти не скажет), а старший шумно устало вздыхает на это, но обычно не без улыбки

а, ну и к тому же Кейт работает кочегаром и 100% Тома просил его показать и рассказать, как всё устроено, как работает.

а возможно и уламывал мужчину прокатиться как-нибудь вместе с ним так, чтобы вживую увидеть всю работу (Кейт до победного не соглашался ибо понимал что это уж слишком: следить и за паровозом, и за ребёнком, который непонятно в какой момент и что надумает учудить).

Моя тупая фантазия закончила свой путь на этом, скажем ей сердечное спасибо, потому что даже идея выше, всё помимо описания самого Хартли... просто бредятина честно аххахаххахах. Делюсь потому что мне такая бредятина нравится.😘

about Willy/Findo. . . I simply rewrote what I wrote in Russian to couple of my friends.

DO NOT take it seriously. Please.

why does it exist? because Findo seems like an emotional person, very emotional. most likely, as a Middlewood resident, he is afraid of Willy Mack. terribly afraid. Willy didn’t choose him as a victim on purpose, the guy just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. . . But Willy will realize later that in a sense he has found a treasure, an ideal victim for his sadistic nature.

‼️TW? I'm not sure if this is necessary, but mention of suffocation, hint of cannibalism (that was an interesting theory or headcanon that Willy might be a cannibal and it fits this idea).

Kidnapping and maximum abuse. It’s fun with Findo, he’s terrified, almost fainting, cries, shys away, he seems to be trying to break free, but he is so afraid that he simply obeys. And absolutely seriously, he simply understands that anyway his life is in danger. And maybe if he resists, Willy will hurt him faster. Does he want pain? Not a bit, he's afraid of it. And what makes him even more afraid is undisguised sadism: if Willy star to hurt him, he is unlikely to stop.

This is how we begin. Willy regulary brings Findo almost to his limits on purpose, without actually doing anything. Because even a permanent violation of personal space will be enough. The guy is already in tension, he was fucking kidnapped by a serial killer known for his cruelty. An abundance of affectionate, but persistent hugs, touches on the arms, neck (it’ll be enough to strangle Findo a couple of times so that every time Willy’s fingers approach this area he will cause a plaintive, tearful “please. . .") definitely won't be pleasant, only more tension. Everything will result not in murder, but in torture and incomplete restriction of life.

And in the end, Findo will get used to it. Gradually he will completely stop twitching while being touched in any way. The brain is an interesting thing, amazing, and one of its wonderful properties is getting used to any conditions. It can really get used to anything (there was a terrible example of this in one film: Jews in a concentration camp had the opportunity to escape. Someone shout to them “run, you can escape!” and some of them really ran... But a considerable part of people were just standing. They're used to bullets, they're used to seeing death, they're used to it. They're so broken that they can't see the point in trying to save their life). Findo will sit humbly, he will already accept the hands on his neck, it doesn’t matter whether they gently stroke or strangle him until his mind becomes clouded, he will accept it without frightened pleading mumbling, as a matter of course, because this will become a must, it will be ordinary life.

And maybe someone will someday find out where all of Findo’s haters disappeared one after another, if anyone even finds such a connection (it’s unlikely, no one will know that on the day of their disappearance two will eat strange-tasting meat, and this, perhaps an important part of such a story).

I’m all scratched up and I can still taste spray paint in my mouth and my husband almost fell out of a tree BUT THE GHOST SCULPTURES ARE FINISHED!

I know this is the most unpopular opinion in the world when it comes to the lost gem Wall-E, BUT I think everyone is wrong about Auto.

Specifically, I don’t think he was a blind dumb machine mindlessly following his programming. In fact, I think the very reason he acted the way he did is because he was self-aware and had developed some bad vices over time. If he was a mindless machine who only did as his programming and superiors told him to, he would have obeyed the Captain’s orders to return to Earth after seeing it was habitable again. I think he knew what he was doing was morally wrong, but he didn’t care. Auto is capable of feeling emotions like frustration and even fear which are clearly shown during his face off with the Captain. Moreover, I think Auto was aware that if the humans returned to Earth, he would not only lose his power over humans, but also over machine. Plus, he would become obsolete because all the humans would leave the Axiom ship which is the one ability he doesn’t have.

In other words, I think Auto was very aware that HE was the one who had all the power and didn’t want to give it up. I think over the 700 years, being “king” got to his head and corrupted him to the point where he stopped caring about humanity and was more concerned with staying in power. People forget that personhood doesn’t mean sainthood. In other words, Auto can serve as a cautionary tale that power can corrupt anyone.

This wasn't what I had in mind for this particular art month submission post (more info on that below), but since the full mv is still a long ways away- this will have to do!

So uhhh the original plan was to release a full music video of my 3rd and final rain world song submission for rw art month, but for the past week or so I had been bombarded with one complications after another (and also final exams), which heavily ate up a ton of my free time

Before I knew it, all I could get out in time before this art month ends was this teaser made using a part of the mv that's 3/4 of the way done... and that's after a 12 hours marathon of doing nothing but working on it tonight (with breaks, don't worry)

But that's alright, because I think what I've got to show here is more than enough to tell y'all what to expect from the full mv, and this will do just fine for my art prompt submission anyways!
