They wouldnt be treating karl the same if his physical age were also confirmed, WHICH i should also say it that hes probably not much older than climber.

The non human characters of castle of nations cant be compared to humans in age wise, like their situation is way more different and despite climber beind 3-4 he has the mental capacity of an adult, hes not dumb hes just naive. In fact hes shown to be pretty smart through the endzone but everyone just seems to ignore this "3 year old" won a tournament
